Life, having you send a scale probably would have been faster – my scale was shipped to the wrong address so had to be reshipped. So, I am a week behind my planned schedule but an extra week is minor to the time I have waited for tx. However, I am very much looking forward to being able to start tx soon, and hopefully be hepc free very, very soon. take care!

mgalbrai, looks great. Thanks for sharing. It is too late for me as i just finished my encapsulating yesterday afternoon – by hand – but I am sure it will be useful for others. Thanks again. Gary

The best tip I have, and cheap:

Get a plastic straw and cut the top diagonally so that the end looks like a pointed scoop. The size of the straw should be small enough to fit into the capsule. Scoop powder into capsule. No spillage!
