This is a question to Dr Freeman. I contracted HBC and HBV at roughly the same time in the 1970’s. Luckily I cleared HBV at that time and have just started treatment with Harvoni for my HCV. This article is rather scary. Does it mean that I could possibly relapse to HBV while undertaking my current Harvoni treatment?

If you have seroconverted and generated Hep B Surface ANTIBODY you should be fine.
