I have a lot more energy and able to keep up active exercise program. Fingers crossed that all of us on tx will stay in the clear. And for those considering tx, just do it.

HCV UNDETECTED11 April 2016 at 5:13 am #15195Hi Everyone,
I started week 11 today. The last few weeks have been uneventful with respect to the treatment for which I am grateful. I am very aware that the virus is gone. My energy level is good and I have been able to keep up my hiking uphill and yoga routines. I still get tired but not really fatigued like I used to. I thought it was normal but it was the disease. So will be happy to finish the course. I wll wait until 12 weeks EOT to test as I think I will know if I have relapsed. In the unfortunate event of that, I will probably wait a year before retreating as new protocols in the pipeline. Best wishes,to all of us.

geno 1a11 April 2016 at 2:47 pm #15217Hi Honkers,
It’s great to hear everything is going smoothly. You can’t have done more to achieve an ongoing good result.
I’ve continued treatment for a further 12 weeks due to a slower response but I am also really aware that the virus is gone. What a great feeling it is. I have also maintained a focus on fitness during the treatment and I think it really helps physically and mentally.May the good times and good health continue.
