Hi all,
I was to see this, in NZ we have Prof Gane to thank for Gastro guidelines and for the guidance of the NZ Hep Foundation that tell clinicians and patients about their generic options, with a link to FixhepC, as we have the unusual situation of only having v-pak for genotype 1 here. This is pretty amazing- pragmatic and fair, our official information is- use generics for now at least if you need to. I can say, loosely accurate, the NZ govt recommends FixhepC, which is a powerful endorsement in convincing people/organisations/govts that they can see how medically conventional a pathway it is now.
So congratulations Prof Gane http://m.nzdoctor.co.nz/news-detail.aspx?n=80967
