Hello to those who have been following my posts about obtaining and compounding Ledipasvir & daclatasvir: the doseage weights need to be increased by 5 & 6 mg respectively.

ex: a 90 mg dose of Ledipasvir should be 95 mg of your API

    The sofosbuvir weight is actual:
    (400 mg = 400 mg)

(See the most recent, very informative, compounding posts)
    We are learning here.

    Bad News,
It seems Mesochem is tightening its requirements to ship to the U.S. It appears that Rachel will no longer accept orders from individuals, only institutions.
To those fortunate folks who are currently ridding themselves of this nasty virus, consider yourselves, well, fortunate.
For those just making the decision, for now I see no good way to access affordable treatment other than making a trip to Australia or southern Asia.
    Any ideas anyone?

well maybe the previous way that was always discussed, get all your prescriptions and documents in order, go thru Dr. Freeman or Greg who can still order drugs I believe, and see if they can then courier it through DHL to the US with all the documentation shipped with the product. Will take longer but I think its an alternative thats still available?

I wonder if Rachel will ship to a doctors office? You could have the package sent there and simply pick it up? Maybe a student at a university could accept the package for you? We should try and find someone at a university that is willing to help.

This is bad for everyone. I have three people I need to help.

    Damn.

    Yes,
There is pressure being applied from somewhere. That or reward. Mesochem was filling orders and making money. Why stop?

Damn! that’s unfortunate news mike…wouldn’t surprise me at all if pressure has been applied somewhere.

But there must be some way around it mate. By “institution”, people were already doing some “creative labelling” of their US orders, right? Wonder what this new proviso specifically means

    Hi All,
There seems to be quite a bit of uncertainty about shipping, Customs clearance and people losing their money and cure due to importation regulations. Maybe we need to ship a few “test” packages of something that is not costly to see what can enter where and what and where it can’t.
    Just a thought…

    Hi Mike,

Sending a few test packages seems like a really good idea for people in certain countries. I have some friends in France, Spain and Italy who could help.

I am thinking along the lines of asking someone to just send baby formula or similar (so no real risk for anyone involved), but clearly marked as Sofosbuvir + Daclatasvir in the customs declaration.

Any suggestions on practicalities would be welcome.

I will follow up in PMs.
