    yep, best thing you can do is get that consult with Dr. Freeman. Then you can just order whatever you need thru fixhepc for a relatively modest cost and get it shipped to your door, like most everybody here has done. You don’t need to travel to get it, hundreds of people in usa and other countries have had it mailed to them. If you WANT to travel though, you can do that too, its what I did, and I had no issue coming back thru customs.

    I have kept hearing about v pack failures, it seems to be an inferior treatment from all the relapses I keep hearing about.

    well, all i know is that no one here has done only ribavirin and sofosbuvir WITHOUT also having daclatasvir. The Riba is like a shotgun killing all kinds of things, good and bad sometimes in a crude manner whereas the dac is like a laser, designed to get only a piece of the viron’s reproductive molecule apparatus. Many of us were UND at 4 weeks with only sofosbuvir and daclatasvir. Its a shame the daclatasvir wasn’t recommended to be included with your treatment by your Dr.

    A consult with Dr. Freeman would certainly be a good thing to do, he’s lots more knowledgable than a lot of the so called ‘specialits’.

    Hi LLJ. im thinking you should get some daclatasvir too…better than ribavirin, i know you are far along. but wth? its the cheaper of the two meds, between sofosbuvir and daclatasvir….those two worked for me with no ribavirin…oh, and im 2B too

    hey hey hey…i am the ORIGINAL “2B” here…. :)
    for what its worth, i took no ribavirin, i had it since 80’s, and sofosbuvir and daclatasvir has seemed to have done the job.
    got my test results from 1 week past the 12 weeks eot, and was UND and was UND at 4 and 8 weeks too.

    best of luck to all 2B’s and or course all the other b’s and a’s and c’s and rest of the alphabet…

    Hi Ariel: I’ve been just catching up on your posts, I was away a little while, so missed your results back there a ways, But those tests look GOOD, like you said,l think that one you got for viral load just wasn’t as sensitive as some of the other tests some of us had. Your other stuff looks good so I have to believe it will all come out fine. I got my tests back a few days ago from blood I had drawn 1 week after eot and still UND. Love hearing aboout your surf.

    I wish I had tried surfing a lot earlier than I did, I’ve gone to Dominical and Jaco in Costa Rica and also beaches in Nicaragua and tried a few times, keep getting knocked on my ass…probably should have started when I was 18, but the beach just wasnt’ close enough so I took it all out riding motorcycles.But I can’t get enough beach, its where I always end up when I have the chance.

    You will be good, its all gonna be good, you have lots and lots of waves left to catch, keep paddling out there!
