I wouldn’t wear it because it would make me look fat, ok more fat (and maybe a more appealing shark target)
There are still LOTS of dusky whaler sharks in the bay but they are harmless and shy

Hi GT2

The swim is around 1.5km, which is 30 laps but a lot less boring.Actually less if you are capable of swimming in a straight line instead of realising you are on your way to South America or are about to headbutt a wall.

Over 300 people did the 7am swim today.

Quite a few of us (including me) use a snorkel which means you can get a good look at the marine life, which is abundant right now.

I have not seen anyone wearing one of those cossies.

I take my meds just before bed, so they can do their work while I’m lying around not doing anything. In the morning I swim in the ocean or go to a Yoga class

Hey GT2, I swim with a bunch of fellow crazies called The Bold and Beautiful, and I am one of The Women Of The Wall.
We swim from Manly to Shelley and back starting 7am. I normally do it Monday, Wednesday (my work at home days) and the weekend.
My morning happy pill.
This morning at 7am (surfers be praying)
If you’re in Sydney you should come down some time. So many fish at the moment!!!

Thank you for your good wishes.
I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing Tx.
It also makes me angry. Doctors do not have the right to be ignorant imo – that’s just lazy.
Dr James Freeman published some very interesting information about the effectiveness of generics, and you can find it on the forum. I’m sure it is still on the post about EASL translators. Just use the search string EASL and you will find the attachment. Even if your doctors are not interested in finding out the truth it will surely help you.
The Australian government is funding Tx for all Hep C patients but I believe it’s still not totally easy to get it, as doctors have to do some training to be allowed to prescribe and I suspect that many just can’t be bothered.
I hope you persist in your attempts to access generic treatment (the vast majority of people on this forum have used them and and are getting their SVR12 clearances). Just do what you have to do. I cannot believe how much my life is changing and I still have 4 weeks of Tx to go.
