Yes you need to pick “is this donation for someone special” or something like that. Then a number of choices with buttons next to them will appear. Choose other and type in FixHepC.
Try emailing them to see if you can get it fixed.
Just as an aside, this way of directing the funds does seem problematic. I’ve got nothing against the HIVers either but if people are donating to fixhepc then that’s where they want to see the funds go. Is there no way this cannot be made separate to the HIV donation process?
Although he may not understand the full implications of it for some years, best 16th birthday present EVAR!
I thought about going in as a double agent. Mostly so I could pretend I was in the French Resistance.
I’m blocked from accessing the forum at all at the moment but it must be just via cookies because I changed from Safari to Chrome without changing my ip and was able to load it from there.
Before you talk about the small “g” word you need to talk about the “G” words they like to hear to lull them into a sense of false security – Gilead, God and Guns. Mess with their minds, coach, mess with ’em real good.

Nope just RNA. Antibody test is separate. Not much point doing one of those on us. My eot was a qualitative PCR and even that the nurse agreed there was little point in doing when you’ve already hit und unless there are likely to be compliance issues. Not likely with people who are paying for their own meds.
An und qualitative means if they did do a quantitative it would also be und because no virus RNA, nothing to count.

Thanks Chester, not fully undetected but <12 ul/ml. doctor said my immune system would kill of the rest. I ain't going down that path, it ain't done a very good job to date. But to make sure still taking Sof + Dac for a couple more months. My decision. I already paid for the full 24 weeks.Dropped Ribavirin. Had 2 quantative viral loads, so I have to wait till june 2016 before another bulk billed viral load. Unless a generous hospital will do it for free. Before I slept too much-10 hours plus. Now maybe 4 or 5 hours. Still have a bit of liver pain.
But I am content. The job has been done. kindlyNah I wouldn't stop before all the little blighters were taken care of. Well, not if I wanted to sleep at night. Why don't you wait 4 - 6 weeks after your <12 viral load and get a qualitative done? You get 4 of them a year. They only do qualitative once you're und. If you're und, a qualitative is as good as a quantitative.
Also are you sure the 2/year is according to when you had the first. I know other stuff on Medicare works according to the calendar year. Like psychologist visits. You get so many a year. If you use them all between say October and December, when January rolls round you start from scratch again.
I had a burst of liver pain in the last week out of the blue. Very disconcerting. Might have been the Riba. It went away literally within 24 hours of me ending treatment. Got a few theories about it. I'm going to do a post about eot as all my nasty stuff ended up happening in the last two weeks of tx and the first two weeks after Tx ended. Anyway, the recurrence of liver pain was nothing so I wouldn't let it worry you.
Actually the person who has been staying here wanted to get the word out that all the stuff from fixhepc comes in some sort of pharmacy style packaging. Until she picked up her pills she thought she was going to be handed a plastic bag of drugs or something. Hadn’t even thought of that. Important for people to know who will be going through any country’s customs with the drugs.
The hetero meds come in a plastic bottle with a silicon moisture absorber thingy and cotton wool inside and one of those foil on one side plastic stuff on the other peel off seals.
Ah you got your und berrinice. Good to hear. I missed that. Congrats. Hope it continues to go well.
I don’t really see the problem. He’d already posted it on the internet himself. Once it’s out there it may never be gone gone. At the very least, it could always be picked up by the Wayback Machine.
I think if she’s going to delete whole threads like the one with the India Times story where she got it completely wrong but won’t admit it, she’s fair game. Seems even her devotion to Gilead isn’t as great as her inability to admit her own mistakes.
Here’s your hoverboard.
You’ll really turn heads riding that in your Superdoc costume, doc.
Yeah we thought brain fog was bad. It’s nothing compared to the dumbing down you get when you visit EvilJoy’s corner of hell.
Really? It seemed to be all gone to me. I’ll have another look. My account still existed. I gather the joke name went over her head.
Entire thread now deleted.
Can’t use adblocker on my iPad. Too old. Has to be a 64 bit one.
And ads. Uggh! Forums with ads, the bane of human existence.
Of course they’re painting Gilead as the ‘greedy bad guy’ and totally smoothing over the reason WHY so many vets need tx . . ‘Bloody battles and inoculations OVERSEAS’ . . right.
Yep she’s a racist as well as a xenophobe. This bit that zhuk posted back on page 2 from a quote by her struck me as particularly off. I’m sure it would make vets feel just great to have her apportion some sort of blame to them for fighting wars and getting inoculations OVERSEAS. That would be OS wars they were sent into by the US government. And inoculations provided by that same government.
She’s as illogical as all get out just like all fanatics.
