Hello GoodLuckGirl,
Checking your email address it does not look like something we have shipped.
In the USA we have observed that packages shipped by EMS are increasingly being delayed. If your package was shipped by EMS then the only person who can intervene is YOU. In this case what you need to do is call your local USPS number, with your tracking number and ask them what the hold up is.
If the hold up relates to the FDA then the wording “this is a continuation of a previously received treatment” may be of assistance.
We now ship everything to the USA via DHL as this is more reliable and allows us to intervene in the event of issues.

Hello Bern,
I’m sorry to hear that. While it is possible that it is related to treatment, it’s probably more likely to relate to there being something else going on.
This really requires a full and detailed consultation.
I guess the first thing is an outline of what you were like before treatment, during treatment and after.

What exactly is going on now?
Certainly, you do need a full set of routine bloods. Have any been done? Is so what, and can you share the results.

Welcome mariaevinne, you will find some pretty good people floating around.
Where are you at with your Hep C?

Yes this is a USA based slant, so Sof/Dac does not feature. It does with EASL – you can see their easy to read tables here: https://fixhepc.com/genotype-specific-hepc-treaments.html
Sof/Dac has been used in about 1 million Egyptian GT4 patients so there is no doubt it works well. We still have 100% SVR for it in GT2 and last time I looked that was 44/44 so it’s pretty solid there. With GT5 and GT6 we also have 100% but the numbers are pretty small – about a dozen patients all up.
At the moment there is no generic Vosevi coming soon that I’m aware of. There have never been generics of AbbVie stuff however that may well change over the course of the next year.

If you go to the interactions checker:
http://www.hep-druginteractions.org/checker
You can put in Ledipasvir/Sofosbuvir OR Daclatasvir/Sofosbuvir and then add in
Tenofovir and Emtricitabine (which is what’s in Truvada PrEP)
There is an interaction between PrEP and Harvoni but not between PrEP and Sovaldi/Daklinza so given either should work picking Sofosbuvir/Daclatasvir is sensible.
Velpatasvir also interacts in the same way as ledipasvir, so that’s not a good option either.
YMMV
Trust in the statistics. The odds are definitely in your favour.
Let us know what your 4 week blood test show….

Wish we would have something like this back in India.
If you think it would be useful, I’d be happy to help you set up something similar – in Hindi of course.

3 August 2017 at 5:43 am in reply to: Treatment intensification for retreatment – add Sofosbuvir #26673Hi Splitdog,
pM (pico Moles) and nM (nano Moles) are units of concentration. The smaller the number the stronger the drug, because you only need a sniff of it to work.
YMMV
The sad thing about it is that with the way the media works the Hep C generic story is now no longer fresh so the journalist who was working on the personal import story has dropped it.
Given that Greg does almost entirely personal importation assistance that bit was almost certainly cut out deliberately. Enough story to kill the story, not enough story to disturb the waters too much.

Here is the EC50 in GT3 for all the drugs. ABT-493/ABT-530 are Maviret (G/P) and GS-9857 is Voxilaprevir.

1. Maviret is scheduled for 18th August (according to my info posted somewhere here)
2. Maviret is NS3/4A + NS5A but no NS5B.
3. New Merck stuff is still in Phase III
