I just used skype Chejai,I had gp2u running in a browser, and skype running in another window, whilst I was in virtual waiting room running in browser. skype would have been sufficient for the consultation with Doc James. Got script and instructions emailed shortly afterward from gp2u. I found the process was very simple. I did test my skype connection with a friend before the appointment though to be sure it worked ok. At appointment time Doc just came through on skype. Good luck.

I noticed very little difference from the Corevegin from Incepta to the Mesochem Sof/Dac API as far as sides are concerned. These are pretty amazing results in seven days. Will make the drugs easier to distribute especially in 3rd world situations and places like jails.

I should qualify my statement about cognitive issues with hepc. All of my issues started about ten years back and have become increasingly worse. Now at day 7 sof/dac my mind is very clear. Moods have improved and most anxiety has gone. Not sure if its placebo effect but I feel much better all over.

Hey zhuk also noted this on wiki on the sofosbuvir page, st johns wort is an old remedy for liver complaints, hence a lot of hep c sufferers use it, its definetly not to be used with sof, I would cease use of the herb st marys thistle or any st johns wort remedy preferably weeks before using the new DAAs
    from wiki on Sof:

    Interactions
Sofosbuvir is a substrate of P-glycoprotein, a transporter protein that pumps drugs and other substances from intestinal epithelium cells back into the gut. Therefore, inducers of intestinal P-glycoprotein, such as rifampicin and St. John’s wort, could reduce the absorption of sofosbuvir.

may be mentioned elsewhere here but thought it worth reiterating,
    jim
