Ditto on the expressions of appreciation for Dr. J. and the Redemtption 3 trials. But I am a bit confused. I’m guessing, and please pardon me if I miss my guess, or if I seem to be treading on any toes here, but I did not see where Dr. Freeman was dressing you down for your postings here. I guess maybe you got a PM in that regard or just feel obliged to respond as if you maybe should have???

I agree, caution, when entertaining any form of self treatment is a good thing and I totally respect you for pointing it out for not only for yourself, but for me as well. Matt
P.S. See what I mean RHF! (Note the above post by Price) (happened while I was writing) Apparently I’m not alone in my eagerness to learn more.
I am 10 weeks into treatment and followed the MonMed doctors advice at the outset to stop taking milk thistle during treatment. He said I could resume at EOT. I have some left, so I probably will.

Coral, I know your disappointment is real and your anxiety level is no doubt up there too, but it’s so wonderful to see that you’re not letting it get mastery over you. Focusing on the next step is the right thing to do and letting yourself grieve for the loss of a friend is a positive step in taking the focus off your own personal reason for grief. You’ve lost a battle and that is sad, but not yet the war.
It’s been a huge let down after putting so much time and effort and emotion into this last fight. It’s left some scars I’m sure. It’s raised some doubt too, maybe. Do indeed take the time you need to absorb it all. We all understand the necessity of that for you.
But know that, you’re not letting it paralyze you into inaction is an encouragement to us all as well, and especially those like myself, who are still anxiously looking for svr12. Thank you for that Coral

I saw this too a while back and I agree it is VERY intriguing. I was hoping to hear more from the medical community as time and testing progressed. Like you, I’m curious to know what, if anything, others might have heard, or have to say regarding it.
RHF, I appreciate your post referencing Gregs latest blog and “The Sad Reality of Relapse.” I must say though, that the result you intended may have worked in the opposite direction for me

Truly, you’ve experienced some of the worst of what this disease is capable of producing.
However, I see the fight in you … what you and others have faced, what it’s taken and what you’ve wrenched back out of its clutches … makes me feel at once humble and at the same time proud to be a part of the “human equation” in this battle we wage against the inhumanity and insensitivity of the greed machine that is Big Pharma. In that sense, I do indeed thank you for the posts showing us the wounds you and others have, and may still suffer before this war ends. Keep on till victory is achieved my brother Matt
