Gilead gets its APIs from Chinese manufacturers. India exports more sofosbuvir than it manufactures. I think the “licensing” deal really amounts to Gilead allowing the word “licensed” to appear in advertising and marketing strategies…….for a fee, of course and probably some kind of agreement to restrict exportation.

And, your contacts would be receiving emails from “you” asking them to click on this “link” to this amazing article or whatnot and, if they fell for it, they would be compromised as well.
The best computer virus is very similar to its human counterpart: it doesn’t kill its host. It uses it to propagate.

That’s why we need some major league national exposure. I am willing to be the “front man”. My story is pretty compelling: Longtime Arkansas public school teacher denied treatment coverage for three separate prescriptions, all appealed to the limit, forced to take “untested” APIs from China, only to have the final appeal overturned by the external review provision guaranteed under the Patient Affordabe Care Act. Then finding out the only Arkansas state employees getting tx coverage were on the transplant list.
I am still pissed.
