A dull headache the first three days Oldie. Thats it. After 10-12 days, things started to get sporty. Like a two month climb out of a 30 year hole.
    Good to be topside again.

    Hi Oldie,
There seems to be an endless list of ailments related to this crap. Different people seem to be affected in many different ways. I had near constant infections, horrible reflux and dyspepsia, chronic muscle and joint pain and debilitating fatigue. I don’t know how many times, hundreds at least over 30 years, I went to the doctor sure I was dying if some sort of cancer or something. I had no clue about HCV until a routine physical showed my ALT at 225 and AST at 138. The doc ordered the antibody test and the rest is history.
The liver just has such a major role in so many things.

It is an amazing experience. It means you are getting well. I am so happy for you and for all the people getting their lives back. I teach 9th graders all day. (I’m 62) The past few years, I thought I was going to have to retire. I came home from work and collapsed. Now, I am excited about every day. Its wild! I had gotten so used to feeling bad, just feeling normal is border-line euphoric.
No more catching every cold and bug. No more messed up stomach. No more hopelessness and anxiety.
    Wow…

    Happy to help.
With that in mind, does anyone know exactly what legitimate Indian suppliers require to ship to the U.S.? I have heard all sorts of differing reports. I don’t know what documentation to tell people they have to furnish and whether it is the shipping company or the pharmacy that requires the paperwork.
I would be reluctant to send a copy of my passport to anyone other than a medical doctor I trusted. If original prescriptions are required, not scanned, that would be an added headache. If an Indian prescription is required, in addition to an original one from the U.S., we are getting into the overkill category.
In my opinion, Twinvir seems to be the most straightforward option as far as direct importation goes at this time.
Any input would be very helpful.
    Thanks,
    Mike

My take is this: Say there are 100 people here treating for 12 weeks. Two will relapse according to the data that indicates a 98% success rate. If that rate is 94%, that means six will not reach SVR or 3 times the number who treated for 12 weeks. For less than $300-$600, why risk that? If there were terrible side effects, maybe.
    A big decision.

    Hi Goat,
The headache. Mine was very dull, mild and lasted three days. You will be amazed at your 4 week labs. Your liver is breathing a huge sigh of relief. I was far more concerned about my four week test results than I am about the 12 week post tx test. I cleared the virus in the first month. 99% were probably gone in the first week. The same is happening right now with you I’ll wager. I worried for almost 30 years about why I felt like brumby crap (been waiting for a chance to use that one…;) all the time. Then, when I found what I had, I was worried and mad as hell at the same time. I am sick of worrying. I am ready to close that book and put it on the shelf. As far as the SVR 12 test- Yes, that is the biggie. Thats the test we all want to ace. But, if I fail it, I will give those little buggers some dac to dance with!!
    Rock on!!

2b is exactly right. If you can get your latest lab results, scan them and email them to GP2U, you can really expedite the process. You definitely want to request Dr.Freeman, but anybodythere is fine. The next wait will be for your meds to arrive.
Folks around here aren’t much into waiting…..

    Hi and Welcome!
The most assured way to contact the folks you need to talk to would be to book an appointment on GP2U. As mentioned earlier, your location matters as well. If you are in the U.S., I can explain the options available to you in detail. Regardless, GP2U is my first recommendation for nearly all people wanting to know how and where to access affordable, effective HCV generic treatments. You will be advised by one of the most caring and compassionate doctors on the planet.
He is also, in my humble opinion, the world’s foremost expert on generic HCV treatment.
    Good Luck!
    Mike

I am a brumby lover and never knew it.

Never actually heard it face to face, in person, but I plan to fix that now that I don’t feel like brumby crap all the time.

The Doc is right. Many people in the U.S. (and elsewhere) are very quiet about their disease. They are also under a constant barrage of warnings about imported medications being scams and unsafe. They are so conditioned it is hard for them to believe that quality, affordable generics are available and can be “in hand” less than a week after ordered. That mistrust, I feel, carries over to any website that promotes the importation of generics as well. I have seen very high numbers in public chat, sometimes over 300. The site is very slow loading during those times, so I think the numbers are accurate. A lot of people see what is happening and many are probably using the information found here to import generics, but are reluctant to register. In my case, I was so scared, back in the old days (4 months ago…;), that someone would read my request about importing medicine and use that information to seize my package or shut down the source. Things have changed very quickly, but people and their perceptions will take much longer.
We need to tear down that wall of ignorance and misconception brick by brick. By being selective in which bricks we remove, the whole thing may come tumbling down sooner than we think.
