    I will pick up some B12 today. I am interested in reading that you have been experiencing hair loss as do I. Is hepc contributing to this? I don’t know but would like to learn more. Thankyou for mentioning this.

    I confess

    Yesterday I had not one christmas drink but two. I had a glass of wine with family in the late afternoon and then in the evening I enjoyed a glass of champagne. Last night I couldn’t get to sleep until after 3am and during the night I felt as though my neural network was on fire. This morning all symptoms had disappeared and I woke feeling very tired.

    I won’t be drinking again while on tx.

    I’m going to try and catch up on some sleep now
    regretfully yours…
    and I do so love Christmas…

    Hi Jaz

    I am on day 4 and take my meds in the morning. I find that my sleep is broken up a little but still restful. For me, I have noticed that by taking sof/dac in the morning for the next 4 /5 hours I feel as though I am experiencing mild flu symptoms and a kind of heaviness or numbness. This means that when I am at work I try not to engage in any discussion and just focus on what I need to do and try and ‘look alert’. This feeling passes in the afternoon thankfully. I have wondered if I should change to evening treatment however.
