Beijing Mesochem Technology Co., Ltd
http://mesochem.com/index_en.htmlThe source of Dr. Freeman’s Patient Zero’s medication.
Famous on the Russian forums. Many patients here at FixHepC.com have used or are currently using APIs from Mesochem, either as compounded by the Buyers Club or self imported and self compounded/encapsulated.
However, it is my understanding that Mesochem is not currently able/willing to ship to individuals.Edit: Info downthread says Rachel is shipping to individuals again.
I’m including Mesochem in the Pharma’s Market section as information for
Compounding Pharmacies
Laboratories
Hospitals
Clinics
Universities
Researchers
or any other entity which would still likely have success in ordering from Mesochem. The famous email address for our angel, Ms. Rachel Xu … Rachel@mesochem.com
Available Products Include:
Sofosbuvir NS5B polymerase RNA chain terminator. Marketed as Sovaldi by Gilead.
Daclatasvir NS5A inhibitor. Marketed as Daklinza by Bristol-Myers Squibb.
Ledipasvir NS5A inhibitor. Marketed by Gilead in the combo Harvoni, it is the second drug, along with Sofosbuvir.
Simeprevir NS3/4A protease inhibitor. Marketed by Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) as Olysio. (Sovriad in Japan)
Dasabuvir NS5B inhibitor. Marketed by AbbVie as part of the combo Viekira Pak in the US and Viekirax in the EU. (EU trade name Exviera)
Paritaprevir NS3/4A protease inhibitor. Manufactured by Abbott and included as part of AbbVie’s Viekira Pak/Viekirax.
Odalasvir NS5A inhibitor. Still investigational, it is being developed by Achillion.
Velpatasvir NS5A inhibitor. Likely soon to be approved, it will be marketed as part of the combo Epclusa (with sofosbuvir) by Gilead.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Some of these APIs are not suitable for home compounding. Dr. Freeman has specifically pointed out that ledipasvir, velpatasvir and simeprevir have steps involved which should be performed by experts.

18 December 2015 at 3:17 am #6585Good Info K,
Rachel will still ship to me. The key with her, I feel, is to give her a credible story that can cover her and Mesochem’s asses. Something that shows she is not shipping to people to self-treat, even though she knows that is what is happening. A good backstory from the first contact. Its amazing what one can do converting PDFs found on the Internet to a format that can be edited… A person can become a corporation or a scientific chemical testing lab to someone half way around the world who really doesn’t care. I think she likes the game, but doesn’t like to play with people who don’t impress her with their ingenuity. I get an email from her every week or so asking if I need anything and all I have ordered from her was my own single treatment.
She is an angel. I tried to send her flowers, but she wouldn’t tell me where to send them saying she was just doing her job.Mike

I now have SVR 36 weeks.21 May 2016 at 8:52 am #175765/20/2016 Several months ago I contacted Mesochem and they were just not shipping to individuals. I contacted them again about 1 month ago. Rachel could not be more helpful. I live in Mexico and all medications are banned but I have a postal service in Texas that forwards my mail. I sent the payment to Rachel it was shipped the next day. I ordered 34 grams of sof and 8 grams of Dac. Of course it was snagged at customs in Alaska. After a few calls and me providing the medication #’s the meds were released. I received them in Mexico 5/19/2016. The price I paid is far below any price I have ever seen posted. If anyone has had trouble with Rachel I am sure she was given marching orders from higher up. The rules have changed. She returned every e mail within 24 hours and kept checking with me till the meds cleared customs. Now anyone can get them from her via fed ex overnight. The whole process including the hold up at customs took 2 weeks. We know that the drugs have been tested by 3 labs in Australia. The package came with lab test sheets to show purity. I would not think twice about ordering from Mesochem. I will cap them up and begin treatment when I get back to Patzcuaro Mexico June 1st and be cured by my birthday in September. I was diagnosed in 1985 with GT 2B. Call Rachel. If you need help and want her e mail get in touch with me.

I’m sure it will provide the evidence to those contemplating purchase via the route you have taken that its a trusted supply of generic DAA’s.
My pills came from Mesochem via Fix Hep C and by next week I will know if Ive remained und for 12 weeks post treatment – if my recent LFT suggests things are looking bang on.
Wishing you well for treatmentTina.

21 May 2016 at 2:32 pm #17585Happy for you!!
Yes, Rachel has “changed”. That happened about the time India got into the ledipasvir business few months back. No more “song and dance” routine about being for “research” or whatnot. I have heard of costs as low as $860 for sof/led from Mesochem. Hell, the shipping is probably couple of hundred and you have got to love the supply chain:Rachel-FedEx-You. It simply doesn’t get more simple than that.
Anyhoo, I paid almost $2000 last October, so things are definitely headed in the right direction.
Plus, with Mesochem, no prescription is required, unless a brief “layover” with Customs calls for one. That rarely happens, but that could change with the stroke of an official’s pen (TPP) Then you have the “Trump Factor” Nobody is certain what he will do about anything if elected. Flat packs. More an envelope than a parcel on planeload of crap from China at 1 in the morning in Alaska. Mine sailed through.
Have you got someone to make the doses or will you DIY?
If the latter, Torpac.com makes a cool little 00 sized capsule funnel. (Profunnel)
Good luck!
Mike

7/07/16 UND SVR 2426 May 2016 at 10:43 pm #17854Today I opened the two bags from Mesochem. Goy out the scale, capsules, scale paper and trusty knife and filled up capsules for dose # 1 of Sof & Dac. 400mg is a lot of powder and I would say 000 capsule. The 60Mg filled about 1/4 of a 00 capsule. Buying from Mesochem rocks. Inside the silver pouch was a zip lock bag and inside of that was another zip lock bag. Weight was spot on.

27 May 2016 at 12:09 am #17858The really good thing about the Torpac Profunnel is that it comes with a tamper. Using it, the 400 mg of sof almost fills up the large portion of the cap, plenty of room to spare. Gulp those 000 caps down and get well!!
You are in business!!
Undetected in a week or three!!
Rock On!!

7/07/16 UND SVR 2427 May 2016 at 1:37 am #17863Ummm … if I remember right, you want 66mg of the Dac 2HCl to get 60mg of Dac. And you definitely have plenty.

27 May 2016 at 3:32 am #17868MexicoBound,
The 60Mg filled about 1/4 of a 00 capsule.
You must repack the daclatasvir at a weight of 66 mg – this is required to get the 60 mg of free base. If you don’t you will be under dosing.
This will use 5.6g of the 8g you have purchased.
You should not take the remaining 2.4 g in isolation ie without Sofosbuvir where the 34 g is the correct quantity for 84 x 400 mg
YMMV
