Halfway there!
Day 42 of treatment today. So I thought that I’d reflect on the ride so far.
Tricia registered her nursing notes about moderation and maintaining treatment notes, while
Gaj and
Beaches declared their addiction to coffee and advised, together with
Coral and
re-roll, no need to avoid it. They neglected, however, to give me advance warning of the rabble on this forum.
At one extreme, the Honky Tonk Woman gives me
Joy with her warm wishes, and then at the other extreme a pie loving pirate threatens to make me walk the plank, and rip the throats out of my footy team, simply because her team lost to mine recently. Then, a tribe of degenerate surfies temporarily stunned me with a psychedelic cossie, hijacked me, and took me to some rock in the Hep C free world that
Matt knows of, where you can go surfing with elephants. Now, that was one hell of a trip. You won’t get that on a Contiki Tour.
Thanks guys for putting a smile on my dial every day.
I was planning to be a strong bronzed Aussie and tough this ride out on my own. I’m glad that I changed my mind and joined the forum. The warm support given by all of you has helped me a lot more than I imagined.
Here’s one of my favourite comedy skits. I hope that it puts a smile on your dial.
