I picked up the Sof and Dac yesterday afternoon and decided to start today after work which was about 20 minutes ago and downed the first capsules hopefully third time lucky and hopefully side effects wont be too bad but after to rounds of interferon I doubt anything could be as bad as that.

g3 since 96 :( 2 rounds of interferon in 2010 and again in 2012 and that was hell
4 week bloods <15
Undetected at 12 weeks :)

Im betting you dont notice any side effects whatsoever, cept maybe your eyes popping open at 3 in the morning...you'll be good,
this stuff works! Und at 4 weeks, Und at 8 weeks....
GT 2b; since 80's, no prior tx, sofosbuvir and daclatasvir compounded from API's at Kingswood Pharmacy in Sydney, started tx nov 6,2015, undetected at 4 wks, UND at 8 weeks, UND at 1 week after EOT, UND at 4 weeks after EOT and UND at 8 weeks after EOT. " I feel GOOD!! I knew that I WOULD!"

Thanks 2b, I normally sleep really well so will have to wait and see what happens on this treatment , I'm hoping it all goes well and it works this time :unsure: maybe 3rd time lucky :)

....and it's not luck, these meds are WAY different from the crap you endured before. :)

Thanks Gaj day 2 and feeling pretty bloody good actually but I suppose it's early days I really hope these meds are the real deal and I can rid this thing for ever and start to live normal again after 20 years and nearly 2 of them in 2 stints on that horrible interferon and ribo :sick: that was pure hell for me and I kept working all through it so this should be a much easier road from what I've read about it

I have had more reaction from amoxicillin than I have ever had from these medicines. Amoxicillin makes my gut hurt, these don't do anything like that.
