This is Warren Buffet’s company- a letter like yours: Dear nearly richest single person in the world, you can only eat so many dinners, drive so many cars- how about buying back the patent and gifting it to the people of the world? or to MSF? what a popular hero you would be, still all the cars and dinners you will ever want!

Gotta push SMALL pharma (generics) that are available to people. Push the mindset of purchasing the drugs instead of begging.
This is something so powerful. My insurance wanted me to be almost dead (F4) to get treatment. Gilead wanted me to pay $23,000 USD with $70,000 in grants. When I learned that for $1500 I could buy treatment, I was not upset at all. I paid $1500 to get my dignity back. To be able to choose my destiny.
That’s why I preached so much yesterday on this, big pharma is not concerned with anything but profits. You’ll never change them.

Both true, but if you can create enough bad publicity that they see a potential reduction to those profits then just watch how quickly those corporate types change their tune! That is where AHF and ACTUP are coming from in their own way.
And we can also reduce their profits by helping spread the word on generics.
