Hi G. I know what you mean as I was a bit up and down after treatment. I guess we adjusting emotionally and physically to being Hep C free. I’ve concentrated on being as healthy as possible and at 11 weeks EOT I can feel the difference.

Hope you continue to feel better…

Yes … the meds seem to take quite a long time to leave our systems. In my case nearly 6 months later im only just starting to get normal sleep and my general moodiness has improved. Don’t get me wrong i’m not having a whinge but after taking a lot of meds it eventually took it’s toll but how much of that is the convalescing from the Hep c we won’t ever know.

The important thing is today I feel great :) :)

    cheers :)

You did take the road less travelled Paul. After failing on round 1 we resorted to the if it sticks force it, if it breaks it needed replacing anyway approach, otherwise known as get a bigger hammer!

We got there in the end but I reckon you should have rattled at EOT.

    YMMV

    Rattled …. I felt like a walking maracas :)

The tricky thing is working out exactly at which point all the virus is killed off I suppose. After flunking out first hospital trial then 18 weeks of generics I didn’t want to risk a 4th crack at it and yet some get it first go and with 8 weeks TX. Lucky bastards :)

    Cheers
