    hi sshady, i saw your post saying 3K round trip to aus, ive been all over this, think its more like 1800 RT from east coast, some deals even lower than that, and if you’re out west should be even less.

    I can say in the 100’s of flights I was on flying into the States not once did I have customs
    ever go through my bags. Its never happened…………..

    US customs look at high risk flights where illegal drugs come in I don’t think Australia is one
    of them. The Mexican border is targeted due to the fact so many US citizens buy drugs in
    Mexico without prescriptions, you also have the illegal drug trade.

    I tried and tried Sirchinenge but I just can”t help it! Please have a sense of humor on this one.

    If you ever do have your bags checked there’ll be 2 or 3 others getting their’s checked too.. It just never made sense to me.
    Do you remember all those times in the US when they made everybody take their shoes off before they could board a plane?
    I mean how silly! How much drugs could a person smuggle OUT of the US in their shoes? :)
