    Hi PKQ, in future I would negotiate with Rachel via email or phone to ensure that she forwards the documentation directly to customs prior to the next lot arriving. Also ensure that she provides you with duplicate copies so that if there’s any drama you can fire off copies to customs asap. Rachel is pretty efficient and did get back to me each time I emailed, so good communication given the volume of inquiry and orders.. I had completed my money transfer to mesochem prior to linking up with GP2U so I then had to contact Rachel and have the package redirected to GP2U for compounding and testing. So glad that the first lot is on its way to you. Em

    @pkq

    They’ve done it to me again!

    In the Original Post I told how Australian Customs held my first order of sofosbuvir + ledipasvir, and wouldn’t release it till Mesochem sent them additional paperwork. Now for my second order, I asked Mesochem to send the paperwork up front, but still customs holds it!

    This time they say:

    Itemized breakdown of product composition required.
    Recommended action: Shipper to provide.

    Description provided is insufficient to classify commodity.
    Recommended action: Shipper or Importer must provide a more detailed description of goods.

    They want to know what it’s made out of???

    Is it just me? or does everybody get this sort of hassle?

    @fixhepc

    We have posted an explanation of how Australian Customs works and the paperwork required here:

    http://fixhepc.com/getting-treated/how-to-do-it/import-paperwork.html

    Follow the process and it will work. Don’t read the instructions, don’t follow the process and…

    The Buyer’s Club exists (in part) to handle the details on your behalf.

    Nothing wrong with DIY but as Molly would say, do yourself a favour…

    Please read http://fixhepc.com/getting-treated/how-to-do-it/import-paperwork.html if you want to go the DIY route.

    It will save you grief.

    YMMV
