I’m from New Zealand and was wondering once I have placed an order with the buyers club will I be given a date as to when my order will arrive, and is it sent to the Buyers club in Hobart?
Just so I can book the flights in advance to pick up.

1 November 2015 at 2:02 am #3128Everything should be processed once you pay the funds you should receive emails
explaining whats going on with an order as the process continues.I am aware this is not happening I am going to talk to James about it.
I guess, they have being overwhelmed therefore some slack is allowed,i think its
time the process system itself needs to be looked at.You don’t have to come to Hobart that much I can confirm ,an actual time line
I would think four weeks after payment.

And from your other ciment about Hobart does that mean the meds can be sent to me here in New Zealand? Or that I can pick up from another Aussie City
Fingers crossed I should have my script by the end of the week from gp2 u

1 November 2015 at 4:16 am #3135Please see Getting treated/ Import regulations at the top of the browser; with an unaccompanied import, if it is checked they will want to see a NZ script and/or speak to your specialist. If you carry it back from Hobart, the Australian script is all you need and there is no requirement to declare prescription meds.
The flight to Hobart took me half a day with a Melbourne connection. At that time, GP2U said they could not mail it to me but I was leaning toward personal pickup anyway.

Treating for the first time since October 31 with Buyers Club Sof/Led. Thanks so much guys. Minimal side effects apart from sore throat at the start..
Viral load 5.4m when treatment started, Undetected at 4 weeks, 8 weeks, End of Treatment and 12-weeks post EOT. Yay!1 November 2015 at 4:25 am #3136Thanks Chapel
Yes Ive just been reading that section haha Yes, I think coming over to get them is the best plan as I don’t want to risk them getting stopped via customs and also saves me having to get extra paperwork as well. Did you pick yours up from gp2u or the buyers club address?

1 November 2015 at 4:45 am #3138Well things might have changed in the past few weeks but at the time there was one address for both in Battery Point. Go to the side of the building and up the stairs.
I was able to book my flight 2 days in advance. I recommend the Fountainside Hotel quite nearby but be aware it was hard for me to extend a couple of days there, I had to move to the Grand Chancellor but I got a good online deal there. It is also nearby.

1 November 2015 at 2:19 pm #3163Hi Tina
My experience was that it gets from China to Australia really quick 3 or 4 days once they receive funds. From that point they will hit customs to Hobart which is about a week and lets say testing and compounding will add another 3 or 4 days. So approximately 3 weeks from payment. With this in mind I would leave booking flights until you know that they have arrived in Tasmania and add have been forwarded on to testing/compounding. Another Kiwi hey and on behalf of the forum and buyers club, welcome Tina. The supplier will add documents into the packaging, ie authenticity etc but just insure that your script or a copy is forwarded to supplier to be placed in the packaging. This is probably happening now anyway but wasn’t when I ordered in early Sept. Em
2 November 2015 at 1:11 am #3178Hi Sirchinenge,
Yes, please do follow up on the point about letting people know the status of their orders.
I can appreciate that there must be an enormous flood of e-mails to the club at the moment, and that people asking for status updates on their orders are understandably not a priority.
I am also someone who needs to book travel into Oz, so it would be really helpful is some one could just tell me “through customs” or even “payment received”…
From my end, the wire transfer went through probably around 10 oct, I sent an e-mail enquiry on 23 oct, but still no answer, as at 01 nov.
Thanks at lot!

This seems to put the whole process from wire transfer to collection-ready at just under 3 weeks in my case…
Also, just saw the post from James about a new tracking system:
