I see that people prefer Indian generics that are licensed by Gilead. I think that Gilead gives them only permission to produce. Gilead does not invest a bit for the quality of Indian generics. Where Indian Pharma takes the APIs?

Bangladesh will be the first country to be able to prove the clinical quality of their generics in the only way possible, via a 3000 person clinical trial the tracks the outcome for taking that specific formulation.

There is no Bangladesh V India.

When Greg started he had contacts in China and India hence you bought
from either one depending on Geno Type.

Early on, Greg had no contacts in Bangladesh he had no safe way to offer Twinvir.

The Buyers club came along and offered to buy direct from China they now have the
    trials offering other products.

Honestly, I see no reason to get bogged down in Gilead’s agreement with any
    Generic maker in India.

The idea is that some people wait for Hepcinat LP while they have at the moment Twinvir. Is the product of Natco better than the one of Incepta?

This is a fair question – Is there a difference in medicines or is it just patients feeling more ‘secure’ with the official generic?

    Does Twinvir uses solid dispersion?

Ledipasvir exhibits low, but pH-dependent, solubility and high apparent permeability (BCS class II). It is
susceptible to the influence of gastrointestinal pH and fed state and so an amorphous spray-dried
dispersion of LDV (LDV-SDD) was developed in order to mitigate these food effects. LDV-SDD is an
amorphous solid powder. It is hygroscopic and photosensitive, but physically and chemically stable for up
to 6 months if protected from light and moisture in a sealed container. The physicochemical properties of
LDV-SDD are amenable to formulation in a solid oral tablet.

Edit: this technology used in Harvoni or maybe in Lesovir-C does not change a thing. it is just a marketing.

Solid dispersion used for ledipasvir does not increase the effectiviness of medication being it harvoni or any drug claiming the solid dispersion.
