Your viral load has fallen from 3,010,000 to 1,090 since you started treatment. The E6 says multiply by 1 followd by 6 zeros (1 million) and the E3 multiply by 1 and 3 zeros (1 thousand)

This has fallen at the expected rate.

It would be unusual to be undetected after only on week so things are progressing as expected.

It’s amazing how just 7 pills can have this dramatic effect on the virus count, keep at it Kaju, you’re responding well to the medication :)

Your ALT and AST should not increase like that.

Do you have Hepatitis B core antibody and Hepatitis B surface antibody results?

    Dear Dr James,
I have new test results and
AST dropped to 51 from 171
ALT dropped to 77 from 96. When I looked first week result after treatment ALT was 72.
LDH 186 now, before it was 1080
    CK 3000 before 22171
I havent received pcr result of after 1 month treatment.

Regarding to this results I am nervous about to continue treatment? I really needs advise. :(
I dont know what must I do. If I failed what will be option for me ? Should I wait or should I cut the take pill before treatment resistant increased.
    Regards.

It is best to continue treatment at full dose for 12 or 24 week duration originally advised by your doctor.

    Dear Mr Dr James,

Today I have another result after 3 days

    30.04.2018 27.04.2018 24.04.2018
    ast 20 51 171
    alt 46 77 96
    ck 458 3.328 22.171

I think positive and I hope all is will be better. Can we say all is going pozitive and ast and alt was increased because of hard sit up practise.
    Regards.

If you get your CK that high after exercise you are doing harm, not good! This looks like muscle damage, not good training…

    Hi Guys,
Are there anybody can give me any comment about my treatment.
I guess my last post was missed.

After 27 days from started treatment my viral load is 17 but it should be less than 12 . I am thinking if I get test end of 28th day maybe copy could be less than 12.
I am very nervous …! Is anybody there who cured after 3 months even not to reach undedected after first 1 month?
Thank you very much for your replys from now.
    Cheers.

Hi Kaju, I’m not a doctor, however in the FAQS page https://fixhepc.com/frequently-asked-questions.html , in the ‘During Treatment’ section, Dr James stated that : “75% of patients who are still detected at the end of treatment, will still go on to SVR12”. So please continue your treatment till you finish all 12 weeks, and only the Viral load test 12 weeks after finishing treatment will show the real result, best of luck.
