Hi All,

Anyone any information about these two generic harvoni: Twinvir versus Lesovir-c

Which is better and tested?

I appreciate any info?

Male, Fibro F1. Geno 1b. ALT 67 before treatment Viral load 5 million. My huge viral load replicates in my nervous system as I suffer anxiety.
Started Twinvir 12/12/15.
Two weeks
ALT 17 at 2 weeks
Viral Load UND at 2 weeks
ALT 13.5 at 7 weeks EOT
ALT 10.5 at 15 weeks EOT
ALT 13 at 27 weeks EOT, VL UND, Cured

I have a friend of a friend in Banglandeshi. And I dont know if 12 bottles of Lesovir that is 12 week are big for customs. They have a hudge packing.

I am another guy, i need it for myself. I am F1 and I wonder why I have ALT fluctuating from 40-80(relatively low) while i have a viral load 5 million. Where this hudge viral load replicates? Maybe in my nervous system as i suffer anxiety, depresion. That why I want to treat.

We have tested Twinvir. Happy to test Lesovir-c if anyone wants to send me a tablet.

And it says:

The 1H NMR matches that for a sample of sofosbuvir extracted from tablets
of Twinvir™, and the spectrum reported in J. Med. Chem., 2010, 53, 7202-
7218.

Lesovir uses solid solid dispersion for the component ledispavir.
