Yesterday 30 PSA’s went up. When I went to check yesterday evening only a handful remained – BUT, every PSA that ‘sticks’ gets hundreds if not thousands of views over time.

We’ve got FixHepC members lobbying for affordable treatment in OZ, and NZ, and in Brazil, and in the US and UK, and the news is getting out. That is showing up in an apparent acceleration in recent forum joins.

You are right about a forum becoming ‘home’ to its members. At the end of the day, my own experience in marketing says we’re better off devoting our energy focusing on the FixHepC.com/forum as a primary destination (for people who have not already put down roots elsewhere), rather than attempting to win converts from the ranks of the already entrenched.

There are exceptions. We have members who are exceptionally good at identifying individual members of other forums who desperately need help and are not getting it, and are directing them to the resources here. I think of them as our ‘Robin Hood Squad’.
