    Sounds great Honker
I had fluey sx on and off for around weeks three and four they comd and go for me I seem OK now nearly end week 5. The forest walk is stunning if you feel good tomorrow enjoy
Dolphins lucky you! They sure give a big adrenaline rush don’t they and no it’s not the meds haha! I get them popping up in the waves occasionally when I am surfing it’s very exciting
It’s great reading your updates makes me want to visit beautiful Tassie soon as I can again. Must be gorgeous in Summer. Are you going to the Hastings Caves down that way? There isn’t much oxygen under there! I felt weird but it was worth it my first experience of caves and wow!
Keep the updates coming sounds magical
I’m sure that those fluey sx and fatigue will come and go because a few of us have all had this but yes like you got by okay
Sending you love from across Bass Strait

    Thanks Chejai and GAJ
I backed this up with a visit to my GP today and he said nah all good no dramas
He wrote a new VL and LFT etc path up yes including the AST because he also suspected I am probably clear by now maybe just a few fragments #flower
He praised my progress and the team here :+1:
The <30 is a bit ambiguous when the test is for the 30-10000000 assay so I asked for a different lab and he wrote it up we are not even bothering to network in to my liver clinic the result its for me this one.
Will pop in on Monday and get this done that is our end of week 5 Chejai!
I'm putting on curves again and feel brighter in all parts of my wellness
All the feedback is basically the meds are working and my results are okay
We talked about my deafness it's been a massive issue since peg/inf so I am referred to an audiation specialist!
How are your sx now Chejai?
I'm not nearly as tired as I was a few days ago
Hoping the humidity up there has not been too vile too xxxxx

The momentum won’t stop because of the integrity of the people helping us I truly think that they will find ways around this absolutely shocking announcement
This is a kick in the gut a big one liken it to a stallion kick
I can’t imagine the stress for Greg and all at FixHepC but we do know he is one hell of a mover and shaker and right on the back of big pharma and his passion is gonna keep going and I think that there will be doors that open for him to continue helping the hundreds a week that must be coming to this place for tx
Mesochem isn’t shutting off import is it? so that’s a fantastic avenue to get tx
Just do it now don’t wait people
I’m so thankful to these guys who have helped me be my own boss. This means more than ever get your meds now I feel.
I hope this makes sense to people thinking about tx
    Go for it

    Thanks Dr James
The test performed on me at Day 25 says measured in the assay range 30-100000000 and I came back as <30 but the doctor yesterday at the liver clinic called it "still detected" not UND yet?

I'm at week 5 now and have 7 to go with no liver damage and this first blood result is therefore good.

So my next path sheet handed to me is for the same clinic and the same requests
Does this mean it's always going to just come back <30 I am confused?

Or does this test somehow show up UND?
    I'm attaching a screenshot of yesterday's result.
Thankyou James for this awesome medicine and your assistance with understanding this report

Seen GP, says I have chest infection, fever etc & given me Amocicillin 500 mgs for a week. He reckons it will take a week for me to feel better. VL / Bloods will be taken at end of week 6 when hopefully I’ll be over this.

    Nasty. Yukky
    Feeling for you
The mix of sx you have are the sides plus this bug YUK!
Yes I still have tinitus so related to the dizzy part
Sinus grotty on and off a bit of a cough just superficial at the start but nothing like you are having
I’m also ticked off about the lack of bedside manner LG
I never am asked about how I feel at the Liver Clinic
It is always such a quick and impersonal visit
Having a chest infection on tx would be no fun in fact with my anxiety issues I would not handle that well so please vent away and get cyber hugs here from me
I did check on antibiotics before tx and yes they are okay I was worried about all interactions and did a “just in case” check with my GP
    I like my GP
He is absolutely lovely thank goodness
I’m popping into see him this week because I have night nausea now. We’re both mid tx now woot woot
How is the London weather lovely? Those short days and cold drizzling vistas can’t be helping
And are your nuets down a bit? Mine are low end normal so I am not going near anyone who is crook
    I’m totes paranoid!
    Pats advice is mine too
Big fluffy dressing gown, blankies, fluffy socks and a heater on
I would also have a baseball bat to fend off any callers but that’s just me when I am sick I like to be alone and not bothered by anyone else at all

This has been a FANTASTIC early morning read
    I’m loving Bloots image
Reefer in hand and a beer are you chillaxing or what! And the honesty about lifestyle and knowing people who have died
I’m in this group because I too have lost friends or their dads have died already
Just depends what era their band was ie the 60’s like my friends dads or the late 70’s to 80s like my friends
Me, I don’t do anything like booze or reefers but it sounds like a lovely evenings relaxation for sure.
Well this little entry has nothing to do with the topic post tx on DAAs but I read the blogs here
I don’t think I will ever drink again I haven’t drunk a drop in around seven years and I don’t really like the smell anymore it puts me right off
Post this tx I am going straight to Queensland to surf with my bestie
Not many ladies my age surf so we stick together and I can’t wait to get up north and surf Snapper Rocks again with my buddy
As to heading down to Nimbin nope too old now lol and I’m a health fanatic actually!
My drug of choice is the waves but I did love the image of Bloot great writing
I saw a silk smoking jacket, feet up and a big grin

Thanks Life Jaz LG and GAJ and friends
    I forgot to mention
The other question was: “Have you missed any pills”
    <img style=ick:' /> :-1:
    Yup
Do you drink and have you missed any pills
    Gotta love that bedside manner.
Thanks for your information Life that is interesting to read and I was thinking it’s probably almost gone maybe just a few fragments left so we are on the same wavelength
Thanks for having a look at my bloods friends they seem pretty okay to me too.
    I’m up early
Is anyone else mid tx having night nausea and waking early from same?
Sinuses are a tad blocked so a slight headache but I can go to the sea to sort that luckily
My granuloma is starting to subside
The granuloma has been really aggressive at times like wow! The most obvious legacy is some loss of colour on the sides of my neck but the actual red rings are defs subsiding and I am off predisolone for the first time in years Yew !

    Thanks for the props
    No AST done
These are all the tests GAJ
Re the alcohol question I thought it was really strange
Maybe the GGT is at the higher end of normal ? It’s 30 and the normal range is 0-38 but I don’t really know LG

I don’t like Dr Google so I don’t want to think about the GGT because I know it can be a sign of drinking
Still it was a weird question yeah
I think that they just sometimes like to check that we are looking after ourselves I hope!
Clinic was Like a circus of characters
One fun guy faced off the no personality rules when he was asked to weigh in he walked back and yelled out to the nurse locum 250kgs!!!
I was wetting! I said did you include your motor bike! He was soooo fun of course he weighed around 100kg in his leathers, a big biker but he was a great anxiety breaker in the room
There were a fair few really unwell people today one on a hospital trolley one in a wheelchair
Always reminds me how lucky I am the illness hasn’t done anything worse to my lil body it’s amazing that people have been left for so long :(
I wonder about triage of the new meds here in Oz on the PBS Hmmm as I have said before ve vill see
In the meantime I will keep throwing down bottle after bottle of gin NOT!
Oh dear! I even wore a smart frock etc to do that dumb psyching out stigma stuff and had the Blue (Aqua) Book
If anyone has any reason they can see in my bloods that is a worry just let me know but I reckon I am on track

Saved from ongoing anxiety and trauma indeed Chejai, I won’t look back but yes indeed and Thankyou for your heartfelt kindness.
I didn’t sleep last night much. The night terrors actually started on peg/inf and never left so are easily triggered and I know that now so I am kind to myself.

I’m leaving for the hour and a half drive to the Hospital to hopefully get my first bloods back this morning
    That’s why the anxiety
    Fingers and fins crossed here
    Will let y’all know how I go #love #love
I’m taking my new blue book btw :P
    Love to all
