Tina! How disgraceful of the NZ govt to cut this funding. I know super wealthy people who have fancy holiday homes in NZ…grrrrrrr What is wrong with people!!!!!

Heaps of surf and a room here if you need it
I am so in love with the land of the long white cloud and yes I would LOVE to come over…I have no idea where you are, but I have been all round the Nth Island and done the Marlborough Sounds I stayed out in a Bach on the Queen Charlotte Track it was as close to heaven as I can get without waves lol…..I am so in girls…Hazel and Tina I can get a cheapish fare to Windy Welly later in the year…..
Well I am not going to enter the debate about the person who desperately wants to be cured and needs to find a way however they can, by throwing around semantics and the like, by using words laced with connotation.
I think that it is criminal to deny treatment to anyone. I think it is almost genocide to leave us all on the bench. I think it is inhuman the things that are said about a HepC infected human being, and I think that the things that happen as a result of this virus still warrant much more research. But, I have had a few fibroscans. They hover around F0- F1 in score once the kPa for each one I have had is converted to the F table. My kPa was 5.5, my kPa was around 6, my kPa changes. I have stopped having them because they all just changed and were really a waste of time and the taxpayers money.
So the answer re fibroscan results and their changing from time to time is yes, obviously everyone’s readings are going to be different depending who knows what. Is it where they pop that stick on the side of me? Is it’ as LG pointed out, my weight at the time…is it a good hearty meal…..who knows? Not me. I don’t care anymore anyway I am on tx. I don’t have to worry about it becoming a worry.
The topic here is not about advice for obtaining a score for accessing tx…the topic is bigger than that. The topic is that this is a place where you can access tx, you can get a chance, you don’t need to prove a score to get your medicine. This is a place where you can ask for help. You can buy medicine. You can find support even in the worst times. I read how difficult it is for some friends here to get tx, how hard and challenging it is in the UK, how ordinary the system is in the States, how people are flying across the Tasman….
Seek tx here now, that is the best advice I can give in love.Good luck and safe travels Honker, how exciting for you. I, like many others here, love Tasmania. Have trekked at Cradle Mountain in the 1990’s it is superb a must do I agree with the other people, also last September 2015 I went to Shipstern Bluff to honour the ten year passing anniversary of my dad a salty seadog, it is past Port Arthur and Eaglehawk neck which are so beautiful too, and you need to a hike in around two hours through the wilderness to witness the most angry and majestic wave I have ever seen, on the way are tessellated pavements, caves, wondrous beaches, scenery of many colours and a total feast for the senses; there is now a walk through the three capes you can do. I went to the Caves in Hastings they were amazing. Also tried Hang-gliding near there on a line for beginners. I am terrified of heights and loved it so much I did it twice. There is an airwalk in Hastings too…it is amazing suspended above the beautiful virgin forest. Bruny Island is so beautiful, catch the car ferry from near Hobart and you can just scrape fresh oysters off the rocks and enjoy them. There are the most beautiful places so close to Hobart, none of these are far away apart from Cradle Mountain…as mentioned I did that another trip. The mountain overlooking Hobart is a quick steep narrow drive up to see the whole city and surrounds and will surely wet your appetite for more of this amazing Island. Food is great in Tasmania, especially if you like seafood, yummmmm. I am sure others can add to the list for you, have a wonderful time, and of course, wishing you a great outcome for treatment, Love from Ariel

So beautiful
I’m lucky I went to see Carole King and James Taylor on tourBrumby’s Run
It lies beyond the Western Pines
Towards the sinking sun,
And not a survey mark defines
The bounds of “Brumby’s Run”.On odds and ends of mountain land,
On tracks of range and rock
Where no one else can make a stand,
Old Brumby rears his stock.A wild, unhandled lot they are
Of every shape and breed.
They venture out ‘neath moon and star
Along the flats to feed; But when the dawn makes pink the sky
And steals along the plain,
The Brumby horses turn and fly
Towards the hills again. The traveller by the mountain-track
May hear their hoof-beats pass,
And catch a glimpse of brown and black
Dim shadows on the grass.
The eager stockhorse pricks his ears
And lifts his head on high
In wild excitement when he hears
The Brumby mob go by.
Old Brumby asks no price or fee
O’er all his wide domains:
The man who yards his stock is free
To keep them for his pains. So, off to scour the mountain-side
With eager eyes aglow,
To strongholds where the wild mobs hide
The gully-rakers go.A rush of horses through the trees,
A red shirt making play;
A sound of stockwhips on the breeze,
They vanish far away!Ah, me! before our day is done
We long with bitter pain
To ride once more on Brumby’s Run
And yard his mob again.A.B. (Banjo) Paterson
This is the best of the best mgalbrai
Australia’s loved bard of years gone by AB (Banjo) Paterson
It can be tricky our Aussie lingo (language)Once upon a time a tiny little girl memorized this song it was the first song she ever committed to memory
What a funny tiny child she wasI’m Alive
Never been into this chick but I dig this oneHi mgalbrai
Its just a wild horse
Just an Australian expression
Sorry
