Thank you, so I will wait, but I will still reduce my intake of red meat just the same now that I know iron is one of the culprits leading to Alzheimers.

thanks for that information. Red spots and red speckled palms. I will avoid red meat and get iron from green leafy’s, which only a % is absorbed.

Thanks. So the red blotches aren’t all that important as long as there are no major other symptoms. It can simply mean liver dysfunction eg slight elevation in LFT. kindly Berenice

I read that its caused from inflammation of the bile duct which is another cause of cirrhosis to the liver. Itchy skin is another symptom. Its usually genetic and autoimmune. I have always known its associated with liver disease but not specifically an inflamed bile duct. My next gastro doctors appointment is December. My disappointment is that there is inflammation still happening and probably the liver isn’t repairing. kindly berrinice

Is it possible to set up another forum for Aussies. A type of mirror without the sales pitch, for information, treatment, post treatment, failed treatment etc. I don’t want to join those other Aussie forums because of the battle over generics I experienced and then being banned.
I found this forum of a high standard.

It is hilarious if it wasn’t true. How many people do you think walk away with their chinese medicine thinking that its good for them. The tradegy is these TCM are just as ignorant. The known disease is a strain of typhus. Doc Freeman would know more about how it is transmitted ie whether it is only blood borne eg from a scratch, and/or if it can be active even if digested, and how long the bacteria lives in the dirt for etc etc. The TGA knows but todate they are not talking.
Also ticks can carry a strain of typhus which is pertinent to Australia. kindly

I have email TG to find out if this shit is registered. Its difficult to believe that a major TCM teaching college would break the law. The other strange thing is the claim that the TGA actually tests each batch. This is obviously untrue. kindly

I guess people wanting to reverse cirrhosis will try anything. Apparently human feces is used to treat colon disease in America don’t know about Australia. kindly b

No I don’t have any TGA links. A teaching college supplies it through their student clinic and my friend told me what the qualified teaching Dr said. TGA approved and each batch tested. I don’t think they would prescribe it if its not TGA approved. The college has a long standing professional name to protect.
But if anyone can find it as an approved medicine I would really appreciate it. The chinese name is Wu Ling Zhi or squirrel feces. kindly B

Hi Price I don’t remember ever saying I was anemic. It was a condition of low b12 and folic acid. With further testing everything was fine. Dr did iron and said its fine. I usual get my paper copy from my GP which I haven’t done yet so I don’t where I fall within the range. Coagulation is the next extra test being done in about 10 days. My blood sugars are within range. No family history either. I do have a fat stomach and I am interested in the X syndrome theory -Dr Sandra Cabot. Lost my appetite cause I have a bad cold. I was going to stop treatment – only a couple of weeks left but because its so little I am going to stick to out to the end. 24 weeks. kindly

Thank you Ariel. My first 12 weeks were really easy. I was taking ribavirin and quite liked the speedy effect. These last 12 weeks has been a long process of ruling out other illnesses because my bloods have turned up odd results. But further investigations have been all clear for anything serious. The last one was iron and that was fine. I bruise easily so tests are being done at the moment to see why.
Anyway in the beginning I did get a bit of nausea so I boiled up fresh ginger for say 1/2 hr and drank that a couple of times a day for a couple of weeks. Maybe three weeks. People said that my skin looked good. People take the meds at night to reduce feeling any side effects.I put on a couple of kilos too. No headaches just this increasing tiredness. At the moment I have a bad cold so its all rat shit. Your bloods look good for success. Good luck with treatment, people on the forum are full of good ideas. I will post in post treatment effects in the future. kindly berrince
