    yes fibroscan should only be seen as a rough guide. Elastography is accurate to a much bigger extent

    Its not breaking laws thats how it works there. If you go there personally you can get it without a prescription BUT BUT BUT the guys who sell you need to get that prescription on your behalf. He will do it later or with you or whatever so whats the big deal. Now when you buy online thats a different case the seller will or will not require it I cant say.
    I will talk with the pharma guy who I will buy from and get back to you guys in detail
    What about all the people going to Incepta in person ? Incepta can get them a local prescription if need be.

    We are talking going to another country to buy meds.

    I know what I am talking about. That country is corrupted to the hilt. Its money they wanna make.
    Trust me you can buy from sleeping tabs to heart to sex to cancer medicines with no perscription. The pharmacy guys handle their legal stuff themselves. I never need to worry. I will bring back 9 bottles of generic Harvoni for my mates here . I cant get a prescription for them in my country. Sorry but my friends need to live so I will manage it for them

    Mine went from 14 to 27 kpa in 6-7 months. Now is that possible when I dont drink ?
    The guy who did the fibroscan said there is a 30% + or – in fibroscans but from 14 to 27 is nearly an 85 % increase in 6-7 months. Fibrosis is slow progression so I dont really know how to interpret this. The more the inflammation more the kpa rises thus on treatment or EOT is swelling is reduced so does the kpa measurement. Many have reported this but not a doc so dont know.

    This is how it works.
    You land in India you have a contact like Gandhi medicos or Bull pharma or anyone. So they give you the meds and you pay them cash and they go.
    What does bull or Gandhi do ? He has docs who write a prescription for him for a charge of Rs 500
    Now his good friend distributor gets this prescription from him IF NEED BE.
    Buying on line would in many cases require a prescription from your country.
    If you walk into a Pharmacy in India and ASK FOR LEDIFOS without prescription you will get it and you probably will pay Rs. 25000 not the 22500 discounted price. You may have to wait a day or 2 to get it as the guy will order it for you. The pharmacy guy will organize a prescription for himself to show to who he has to. If you have a prescription from a local Doctor sure haggle the price.
    Its not complicated in India. Whom you buy from is more important than HOW you buy it.

    There is nothing fishy. I go to India 4-5 times on business A YEAR. You can buy any med from the pharmacy you know that NO PERSCRIPTION NEEDED from original Viagra to Harvoni OR generics.
    The pharmas have their distributors whom these online guys buy from. Its business which is in our interest. If you have hepC which 18 million Indians do then you will know what it is to suffer. There is fakes everywhere from Mongolia to Madagaskar.
    These trusted people/suppliers WHO ARE RECOMMENDED HERE do the job nicely

    Dont worry about these fibroscans mine in 6 months jumped from 14.8 to 26 to 32 kpa. I dont think they are accurate but close to the real stuff. Glad you started treatment. I am sure you will pass with flying colors :)
