Hey Ariel, glad to read you are feeling more upbeat, those waves must be so therapeutic for you, sounds lovely! Also all the support here, such good advice also. I couldn’t see your profile when typing, but had a feeling you were f0 -1. So as GAJ said with your healthy lifestyle you must be up there percentages wise.
We have a bit of surfing where I live Ariel, We even have a surf caff! I have had my latte made by an Australian guy before…..It is a beautiful coastline. I must post some pics sometime. I don’t think the waves are normally that big though. It’s been pretty calm recently when I’ve been walking my doggy.
LG, hols in the Canaries, nice idea! It crossed my mind but the little mutt is quite tieing and I couldnt put her in kennels. Have you ever tried the west coast of Scotland? It is warmed by the Gulf Stream and you can swim in the sea apparently! My friends family are always up there camping, she loves it, meant to be beautiful.
Anyway, back to Ariel, so glad you are feeling so much better!
Lots of , Debs X
Hi Ariel, sorry you are feeling anxious….. It is an anxious time for us EOT ers.
I’m feeling tired also, and the odd little liver twinge…the mind works overtime……
I wonder if the fatigue is due to the fact we have had these powerful meds in our systems, and they are still not gone for a little while yet? I have read some people saying they are feeling tired at EOT, so there is consolation in that it’s not unusual…..
Sending good wishes to you Ariel, hope you feel better soon….
Deb XJust thinking of the Easl Conference, this tune seemed appropriate….
Don’t Stop (Dr James) We’ve got the World Looking in……Wonderful news Pat, so very pleased for you!

Here’s a row of dancing bananas for all that are getting good news…..

Deb XHi Ariel, Well done and that is a lovely view out of your window!
Debs xxxHey LG!

Debs xxxI don’t think this means anything untoward? Catchy chilled and dancey tune that started my day
Only just taken a look at this really interesting thread. Glad to know I’m not the only one putting on weight! And I needed to lose a few pounds to start with. Plenty exercise but seem to “forget” about food.
Also, anyone else still getting liver discomfort and bloating? Maybe it’s just the food.
Only four tablets to go. Dieting now ha ha at this late stage!Pat – That is a lovely thing to read ” my general sense of well being overwhelms.” And wishing you all the best for your SVR4 results!

Deb XHi Paul, sorry to read this that this has happened. It’s the worry at the back of our minds. Feel for you. However it is good you say that you have no issues with the DAA’s, so at least you have no worries about sides. You will get there in the end, wishing you all the very best.
