Either way i guess. It is interesting that onnthe testing data sheets it says below 4 and on my bottles it says below 30? I think James mentioned somewhere that reasomable room temp is ok? What do others think? Em

Yep the insomnia slowly crept up on me. I guess im having 6 hours of broken sleep. I feel good dispite this and thinking theres a bit of good stuff in the meds. Energy levels not being affected by the lack of sleep. Em

    Hi Zhuk

While my GP is James I don’t expect too many visits re monitoring it’s really about pathology referrals for me however we do chat broadly about tx, the site, buyers etc. My view is that we all know enough about the disease to realise if something does go pear shaped where we should get help. So I take my meds, minimise the sides if any and know your clear date (within a week) to to determine 12, extension or adding addition ammunition. Test at 12 weeks post tx and home free (hopefully). Bit like a hang gliding without a parachute lol, just the way I like it. Em

    Hey Sonia

I would consider it if it gets anything above this. However, I’m sure there are cooler spots it the house. Example I store mine in the bathroom as it seems to be the most insulated spot and seems to remain a little cooler. I don’t think it’s a deal breaker at this temp but yeah maybe the fridge if there are no cool places. Hope your tx is going ok with minimal sides. Em

    Hi Cruzan

The compapny will supply all but a script and I would ask that a copy of the script goes into the package. I supplied a copy to Rachel but perhaps that’s automatically happening now. Most of what is recommended for documentation (from fixhepc mainpage is included), my advice is to ensure that Rachel or whoever provides you with copies just in case you have to chase your meds at customs. Hopefully not. Em

Any news on simprevir and where one might obtain a generic and afforable version. I was researching a x 3 of sof/sim/rib before i found mesochem and buyers. Could access all in India except sim. Although was being mucked around by one distributor who said he had access but didnt. Em

In all seriousness, I think it’s to the point where people could be confident to not test medss from mesochem. I personally would not have an issue. Day 12 maate, are you planning on 2 week testing or 4? Hope sides are minimal to none? Em

Great news Hamilton, so good you jave limited sides on the x3. Just dont overdo it with your new energy levels hey. The riba will slow you up eventually once it takes out a few RBCs and haemoglobin. Em

Chong, youre a trail blazer mate, got the jump on most of us lol. You should create a thread so that others can hear and learn from your journey. Welcome! Em

Hi AD, weight, fibrosis or geno based, maybe? If specialists, GPs start tinkering with this they may punch out a few more.percentage points in revard to clearance rates? These drugs wont be around longn enough, in my opinikn. Theyr already looking at 1 shot experimentals that are getting the same clearances rates. Em

LG she has adjusted well after some sides the first few days. Getting better as it.goes which is great.

So an 80_90 kg male could do 625mg sof and 135mg dac comfortably, i think? Em
