Hi Chester
So glad you’re doing well, here’s hoping for UND next test hey. Keep us updated Em
Hi Alsdad
Yeah it must be a file size limit issue, thanks. Em
Hi Prof
Wow point 2 is something that I’m still attempting to process. Having treated about 7 years ago with the older chemicals this is a concept I struggle to comprehend. ‘Some being detectable at the end of treatment but go on to svr’. Obviously this research has been developed from the more recent DAA research, can you point us in the direction of this data? Em
Hi DT
After work this afternoon I tried 4 times to attach my Certificates of Authenticity with no luck. I see that Alsdad has been able to upload a document/image but I run out of ideas to achieve this. I even tried converting the PDFs to JPEG but have had no luck. And yeah so that’s me writing …here are my attachments but then having to delete when they don’t attach. Anyway I think I will upload these to my cloud and link that way? Em
Hi PKQ
That’s awesome news, I knew it wouldn’t be too big of a drama. Em
Hey PKQ, it would be best to contact rachel and ask her to forward you copies of these and then forward directly to contact. Also I have the name of a customs officer and his number in Darwin (from my paperwork) you could maybe give him a ring and tell him to open it up and get the paperwork?? As James said previously the paperwork is included inside the box and not so obvious and would need to be opened. Anyway let me know if you want me to PM you that contact information. Given that my package was fowarded directly to GP2U for testing and compounding, Rachel provided copies of these to James and they were fowarded to customs in anticipation of the package arriving. Well I think that’s what happend lol. Em
My API’s arrived at customs last Friday after Mesochem forwarded them on Tuesday. Got to be happy with that timeframe. Confirmation from customs below:
From: Cargo Systems Support
Date: Friday, 11 September 2015
Subject: FW: FedEx Airway Bill 8066 5821 4688 Supporting Documents [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]
To: “james@gp2u.com.au”I’ve also included both certificates of authentication just so others can identifiy if their APIs are from the same batch etc. I will have mine tested by GP2U in Tasmania and will let you know how this goes. Em
Awesome advice from customs is that my APIs have cleared customs and should be arriving today. So these hit Australia in 3 days. Please see notification:

To: “james@gp2u.com.au”Hi Dr Freeman
Given that I have directed my package to GP2U, I’m assuming that customs have copies of my paperwork which were supplied by mesochem? Em
Hi
I will wait for the good doctor to answer this however I’ve had the same conversation with him at my last skype visit. Apparently there are options here but best to use a vegetable extract filler and can be compounded using digital scales and filler kits. Really fiddly but can be done, for $70AU I’m having mine done by a compound chemist. Re the filler name eludes my brain atm and with these drugs there is no need to use with fats for better absorption like with ribavirin and other meds, that’s assuming you’re not using ribavirin.. Storage I believe is room temperature within reason but like I said, James will get back to you on this. Em
Hi Klhide, I assume by your recent post that you’re a 1a/1b hey. The sof/dac looks as good as any option and in my opinion I can’t see anything in the research which indicates better results with ribavirin? I’m thinking I will watch my results and extend another 6 weeks if needed, out to say 18 weeks but will depend on my which week I become UND. In all the discussion and anticipation around which, what and who in regard to the latests DAAs there is one thing people should watch closely…..’sofosbruvir’ who owns it and who is controlling the market? And who if anyone would not be compromised by the US lead pharma lobby? China maybe! Em
Hi Alsdad
I cannot fathom how a hepatlogist can make the assumption of no liver damage based on an ultrasound, really? I’m just a semi educated hepper but would think that the gold standard is liver biopsy and then fibroscan which is reasonably accurate but there can be slight variations to staging etc. Don’t get me started on the medical experts who fail to understand and respond to this disease on so many levels (not you JF lol). And to suggest IFN/Riba in this environment indicates that this ‘expert’ isn’t about to step outside stock standard policy/practice. Thankfully you have taken charge of your own destiny, more power to you AD. Em
Hi DT
From conversations with others I believe that prior to receiving any drugs from reputable (or otherwise) suppliers there is a lot of research and discussion by Dr Freeman. An example of this is with mesochem, Dr Freeman has been developing this supply chain integrity since February this 2015. Firstly with Sofosbruvir, then Ledipravir and recently daclatsavir. Therefore I believe it has reached the point where folk can be reasonably confident with this particular source and there are other being developed if the mesochem door closes. Gilead have done an incredible job promoting the harvoni (sofosbruvir/ledipravir) option and it is a game changer no doubt. But out of reach to most people at this stage due to price and I’m sure that Gilead are aware that as soon as sofosbruvir becomes generic, the leaves will fall of the money tree. So I’m wondering how Gilead will restrict access to the generics on the sub continent, I’m sure they’re looking at this strategically. Em
Hi Alsdad
So when you say ultrasound I’m thinking this isn’t a fibroscan? If not I’m wondering how they can determine no liver damage? Anyway hopefully it won’t even matter when you received your next Liver Function and Viral Load test. Yeah please keep us updated thanks. Em
