    Being UND doesn’t mean that every virus is killed. some viruses reside deep in the body. Some viruses may hide. But this is not the case with the new treatment where many have been detected at EOT and still cured.

    Bullshits from Gane,

    If Ledipasvir wouldn’t be absorbed we couldn’t have RVR for one week in Twinvir.

    Dr Gane may be right for other sources in china but not for twinvir and mesochem.

    Yes S,

    12 is not UND but is <= LLOQ and if someone is on GILEAD Harvoni and being 12 at EOT still have the 97% cure rate. I assume that twinvir is the exact copy of Harvoni. Dan is treatment naive and 8 weeks for him have still 97 cure rate. 12 weeks are enough

    12 weeks are enough and neccesary. You are treatment naive. Even naive cirrhotic patient for 24 weeks and 12 weeks had the same cure rate 97%

    Is solid solid dispersion used on ledipasvir of Twinvir? Anyway it is not so important.

    I took my twinvir at the breakfast after the meal and was UND for two weeks.

    Yes Dan, I have posted this for detectable at EOT and still cured.

    Among patients treated with sofosbuvir/ledipasvir, with or without GS-9669 or GS-9451, 100% had HCV RNA LLOQ but detectable (in the at 14-64 IU/mL range) at the end of treatment achieved SVR12, for a negative predictive value of 0%.

    Hi Dan, I see ALT is improving as weeks passes. I strongly suggest a VL at a different clinic, private. I do them only in private in my country. We dont trust the apparatus of public.

    According to condition < LLOQ you are still in normal range. But usually at this time people are UND. Moreover, I am concern with the quality or crystalline form of ledipasvir of Twinvir which cant kill the few left viruses. isaing4 is 83 at 4 weeks too. Lets see psavic. Dan cant you do one in private?
