Chejai! I had the same! Aweful time! Sleeping-problems from day one…took xanax to sleep aswell…
Chejai wrote:Thank you very much for sharing your experience Joan. Your description of your insomnia pattern is exactly what I’ve had forever! For many years the struggle to fall asleep but always waking around 4 am and then unable to get back to sleep until about 7am, very deeply and full of lively dreams! But I’ve been on an antidepressant for years that I take before bed because it’s sedating – so fall asleep easily (most nights) BUT still wake at 4 am etc.
I only have coffee in the morning and if I have tea at night it’s herbal. Careful with diet, don’t tolerate a lot of things especially sweet/sugary things. I drink lots of water though.
As you say it’s going to be different for everyone just as our experience of living with Hep C has been.
Wishing you wellJoan, I’m so happy for you! You did well!!! Hope to speak to you one day! That would be so awesome!!
Merry Christmas Jolie!!! Big huggies! You’re doing great!!!
So thankful for the letter!

Dr Freeman is up there with Dr Nitschke
Doctors who think outside the box and use common sense, guided by what is best for the person rather than sticking doggedly to rulesWhat I particularly like about the buyers club is that you are your own ‘man’ (person)
It’s up to you how you want to do it, hence the conjecture over combo’s and duration (plus the evidence is limited being so new)
It’s not ‘you’ll do 12 weeks on this combo’ end of story
I hate being told what to do unless it is explained to me why I have to do it and why that particular way
That is why the Buyers Club sounded too good to be true when I first read about it
It is thankfully the exception that proves the rule ‘if it sounds too good to be true, then it usually is’Good luck with the 24 weeks mate
Believe me, for the last 12 years I’ve not treated my liver with kid gloves, yet it seems I’m still not cirrhotic (F4)
So you may find you are still F3 – anyhoo, good luck yourself and hope to hear positive news of a negative result for youhey Berrinice…I’ve read a lot of stuff but this is new info to me…yes…that’s how it felt like…let’s have a marathon together afterwards!!!
It’s so true that exercising with the virus and inflammation was barely impossible…It was as if the liver, connected to all of our muscles, was constantly pulling and telling us not to do anything. It frustrated me all of these years, the connection body mind spirit was always so hard to find. Centering with an inflammated liver is such a hard thing to do and indeed if we would do it then a backlash was always prepared to come up afterwards…I’m taking good walks since I’ve started out 7 weeks ago…it seems like those unused muscles are getting centered and toned again…bit by bit…getting back into our bodies….
Huhmn, I’ve been waiting for years…I’m not gonna sip on tx,… celebrating my christmas afterwards…
