Go to: torpac.com and find the profunnel. You will need the 00 size. $75.00 and includes 1000 capsules. 400 mg of sofosbuvir, packed with the included tamper, fits perfectly in the half of the cap you fill. Buy a mg scale from AWS on Amazon-$20. It has to have three 000 after the decimal to measure mgs. Then, one of those straws you get at the Sonic with a little spoon at the end.
Set up and weigh out and fill 28 caps with sof. Put them in a labeled bottle with a small silica dessicant pack. Do the same for the led or dac. Nothing tricky, take your time. Zero out (tare) the scales once in a while and get the weight within 5 mg on the plus side. These are amazing scales for $20. I have reweighed several caps (empty weight 116-8 mg) and they are always right on the money. Keep everything in as dry and cool a place as possible and store all your stuff with some dessicant packs-again:Amazon-large bag of small packets-$12)
Do your weighing on a smooth, clean dry surface to help salvage any shaky hand spillage. 2 hours for me to do 28 caps. I smiled the whole time!
Cool and dry place-the led is “clingy” in high humidity.
It is really easy, but I was daunted at first by the thought of making my own doses.

I ordered my 12 week supply of sof & led from Rachel at Mesochem in mid October. I wired the money, $1916.00, to the company bank on Monday. It was delivered to my door on Friday at 7:30 am. I know of one other person I advised who had the same success. It would be nice to hear about other success or non success stories about getting these life saving APIs into the U.S. It might help those who can’t get approval from insurance to make the decision to take matters into their own hands here in the States. I know of many people whose insurance would only approve an 8 week course of Harvoni, but want the added assurance of achieving SVR that comes with the 12 week tx. A $700 investment could give them that peace of mind.

Unfortunately, no. A self-pay. The insurers need to see the light and stick it to big pharma. My copay for harvoni would have been $1050 for 12 weeks.
I’d rather Beijing Mesochem make the money rather than Gilead.
Is that screwed up or what?

Hi,
I am in the U.S. and have two docs monitoring my generic treatment-my local, long-time GP-who diagnosed me, and my GI, who has written me 3 scripts for HCV treatments , which she fought like hell to get approved for me, but were denied after exhausting the appeals process. When I told them my plan to import ditectly from Mesochem, the GI said fine, as long as she could monitor the tx. So my GP orders the blood work, checks it out and sends the results to my GI several hundred miles away. We did a pre test and will do a 4 week, 12 week,12 week post and 12 month post tests.
Now, my GI said the tests were for two reasons:
1. To see if the virus is being destroyed effectively
2. See if these really new and really powerful drugs are having some strange impact on something else, like glucose or potatsium levels, for example-all those things they can check that have norms.
That’s what they told me the monitoring was all about in MY situation: F-1, Tx naive, good health, vl-1.6 million, 62 yo.

We almost made Dublin this summer on our way to Romania to see my inlaws, but had to cancel our trip due to insurance appeals.

I will test at 4 weeks and let everyone know. I am so happy I found you people. I am trying to convince folks up here to take the leap and just say NO to government tolerated extortion by Gilead and their big pharma assholiates.
No sides at all except a dull headache that lasted all of 3 days. I am feeling better. Sleeping better. In a better place mentally. WOW-best way I can put it…
I am lucky to have a really supportive GP and GI who simply want me to get well.
