Looks like there’s a few of us that received our Chinese Misochem Sof led around the same time.
I completed my 24 week treatment 11 weeks ago.
Can’t wait to have my SVR 12 blood test.
I’m hoping to join the ranks of “CURED”
    Fingers crossed

    Hi guys,
I still seem to be able to access all areas of this site from Australia, without turning my VPN on.
    Forum, Redemption, Fixhepc,

PS >> I’ve just turned on my VPN which now gives me a New York IP address & yes i can now see the difference.

Will this give me access if the TGA pulls the plug on Australian users ?

    Hi Michael

If I recall correctly you did a 24 week course of meds? so maybe due to that it may take your body a little longer to get firing on all 6 cylinders again. As for the sore muscles I can tell you that magnesium works small wonders. I used to do a lot of competitive swimming and running – on the days when I had a hard core training session I would take a couple of mag tablets a couple of hours before bed and found the next day that the muscle pain was more bearable.

P.S really like your avatar pic :cheer:

Sorry for the delayed reply Tina .
5 weeks after treatment & my muscle aches & pains have been getting better.
I’m starting to feel more alive :-)

Dr James, below are the blood tests I had yesterday.
The good news is that my muscle aches & pains are getting less.
My wife & I just returned from a 7 day self drive holiday in NZ, where I did lots of walking tracks.
To my surprise my muscles started to ache but I just kept on pushing on & the pain got less.
Maybe being post Tx 4weeks, my liver is starting to recover from having the hepC virus for 45 years.

    Thanks Dr James,
I will get a CK enzyme blood test done & if elevated, I will stop the Ezetimbe .
I was thinking about going off all meds for a month & see how I feel.
But as all these meds I was prescribed after I had my stroke 3 years ago.

    I

I’m 3 weeks post treatment & my muscles are still sore.
I suffer this pain from very minimal excercise.
Maybe it’s my age (67) & has nothing to do with the hepC treatment .
To be honest, I was suffering some muscle pain after a game of golf prior to starting treatment .
But for the past 6 months this muscle fatigue has got worse.
Could it be related to the stage of my liver disease ?
My fibrosis level, 2 yrs prior to starting treatment was 3-4 bridging.
Is there anyone else having these symptoms ?
