I had expected to be Undetected when I had those bloods taken I was kind a looking
at the results everyone else was coming back with. The nurse mentioned something I was not aware of I’ve read the research since it pertains
to viral loads mean during treatment.Firstly, the test only detects above 0-15,if you test undetected at 2/4/6 it simply means it can’t detect
the virus I thought it meant you’re cured.I’m mentioning it as I was unaware that early blood tests can go back and forth between positive
and negative at 4 weeks you can be UD whilst at 6 weeks you’re positive then at week
12 you are Undetected. There is smaller group who have at EOT being positive three months post treatment they
are Undetected and remained so afterwards. My point is as follows thus far I have seen no discussion at all about viral load tests and what early
testing means.

I mean, if no-one ever had any side effects at all because they didn’t want to mention them and then a person new to treatment got some, they may be really scared because they think they are the only one to get some, does this make sense? When people just tell me ‘oh it’s just like a mild flu for a bit’ I have to say, I do wonder what a ‘mild’ flu is like, you know? Having said that, I haven’t had flu for so long, I can’t remember what it’s like! but I have definitely had other very horrible symptoms since I’ve had this virus. Joint pain so bad I couldn’t walk for example. Really don’t want those to get worse.
I never suggested not to speak of your experience of sides while on treatment of course its important to talk
about how you’re doing on treatment positive or negative. What I did say was Id be mindful of not worrying about sides before you’ve started treatment.

All liver functions in normal ranges. On a personal level I can of course empathize with anyone thinking they may have side
effects the evidence thus far including myself is most of us have none.Of course, there are some less fortunate that do in have sides,Dan being one of them.
I don’t think its helpful to anyone thinking about treatment too start worrying about events that as yet
have not occurred. Id be mindful of the fact its fairly painless!

You have a small start VL therefore NOT DETECTED in week 2!
No side effects apparently is not possible. But you forget all when you get rid of the virus!
Good luck with your doctor!I think its the opposite, the majority of us have no side effects what so ever.

All liver functions in normal ranges.Whilst I agree with you the lack of monitoring by the NHS for patients on generics is a serious
problem I don’t agree at all you’ll have endless patients buying generics.Let me explain why. The UK has free health care as such the population at large believes they will get
access to treatment free.Maybe those educated about Hep and generics will pay I doubt the majority will. For example,Greg and James have had very few patients UK use their services, sure it was some what
difficult to access the patients that payed are used to paying for care( Australia,USA East Europe).I think its a cultural thing I don’t know the price dropping down to 1k less will have that much impact, I
hope I’m proved wrong. I hope as many people as possible buy generics and get cured.Looking toward the future, I think we may see price drops across the board that will allow everyone to be
treated.PS; I’ve said a few times, someone should attend a citizens advice clinic about the lack of monitoring patients
on generics,I think there is a legal duty to look after patients.

All liver functions in normal ranges.I still think you should speak to someone in a Citizens advice bureau they’re usually staffed by
lawyers versed in this type of situation.I’m not shocked the type of Lawyer you spoke too make that statement this is not the type of case they
run with.

All liver functions in normal ranges. That’s interesting Al,has anyone talked to a Lawyer about this.
For example, a patient returns to the UK with generic medication, at some point they
have problems, no hospital has the right to turn them away,it breeches their duty of care.I take on board the letter you’ve received I am of the opinion what they are doing is failing
to look after patients, I think someone in the UK needs to talk too legal. The courts look very badly at this type of thing.
