Cured! Here we go all my friends, last hit of genetic Harvoni just dropped!
Now I’ll just move forward and live life, take what ever comes and enjoy it.
My entire time here has been 99% good and 1% unclear. The treatment has been very easy considering the side effects we have all heard about, but mine were few and far between.
As always, I will hope for SVR, but if it does not happen I know I have professionals here that very well could and will help me if I need it and the treatment is available. It is still unbelievable to me that after all these years with HCV I have now been UND for 12 weeks! I have felt mostly, cleared of this virus but at times there is a pain here and there which makes me think, maybe not. But the majority of the time, like 99%, I feel the odds are in my favor and I would take those odds any day again.Huuuuuuuuuge Thank you’s to Mke G ( angel sent from heaven. I have no idea where you came from so you must be an angel), Fitz, Aril, beaches, Nads, GT2, Tim st MonkMed, RHF, Simone, Lindongirl, and every body who I missed, my apology.
Lastly Dr James Freeman, you are an anomaly my friend. Your intelligence both in medical ways and desire could lead the world to places most others would say, I coulda, shoulda and woulda done it. That is the difference between you and everyone else I have met that is successful in their life’s journey, they do it! Those people are few and far between but people like you have a way that makes the path so very clear so others can follow it. I personally would follow you to the end of the Earth if you said it was the way we need to go!
Thank you my friend and may God always be with you and with us all.In good health to all my friends here on hepCfree!
PS: my grammar, punctuation sand spelling needs help. Thank you for not judging me by it and just reading between the lines to hopefully get my message.

Cured!4 October 2016 at 7:56 pm in reply to: frigtened by possible severe irreversible side effects #23495Mr Wright is 100% in business to sell supplements. Please understand since theDAA’s came onto the scene Mr Wright had to move from Malibu to Arizona, 2-3 years ago, as the downfall in business hurt his company. This is due to HVC medications hitting him hard and at 60 something years old he faced big dangers of losing his standard of life and too old to make a comeback to previous standards of living.
Mr Wright was a pioneer in HCV but it turned from a happy story of helping people to a business story of making money. I feel very sorry for Mr Wright in a way. His legacy could have continued forward telling and writing books about his way to eradicate this ugly disease and he just got caught up in his own hype and took it to a business which IMO, was his downfall. He could have made just as much by writing and telling his story, again IMO.
I hope he can “wright” the ship and stick to other areas of supplements or by selling supplements to enhance the liver and it miraculous rebuilding process unlike any other organ in our body.Moral: you cannot mix business with a moral duty to protect and serve the people whom you’ve intended to help. That leads to an agenda mixed with money, which most always ends up on the wrong end of you goal.
In good health to you.

Cured!Bro we are. We are also aware of how the world is NOT being treated, how people are dying and they just don’t know a cure/SVR is right around the corner. I hope we can continue to educate the world through social media, word-of-mouth and friendships by letting people with HCV know that getting treated is much easier than they think it is and about 100 x’s less costly?
In good health my friend .

I must say his music was way different than today’s but he rocked them just the same. May he live in peace with my mama too. Country strong, country long, beautiful song real deal.

Cured!Dr Freeman your words are strong accurate and with a bit of chuckle. I too will never get used to the sound of failure even if it was not mine.
My motto: “it is Not the size of the dog in the fight that matters, it is the size of the fight in the dog”!
I’m a ferocious competitor, I never go down to the floor without getting up, physically or mentally. I was taught that by my father, Thor. He was tried many times due to his name, but it never happened even though he was floored a few times, both mentally and physically. The end result is what mattered most ….22-0 as an amateur fighter, 58 years as a loving husband and incredible father and a teacher to me, forever. That is why the competition to live matters and I’m ferociously protective about it.
That’s how I learned to roll and FixHepc rolls just like I like.May God be with you all.

The “important take home” on your final in the message below resulted in an approximately 3% point in favor of undetected vs 15iu/ML detected in patients after 4 weeks on Sof/Led?

Cured!Hi x x x x x
Yes, we are going to get the same results as both the qualitative and quantitative can only determine if there is more than 15 virus detected. This is why we don’t consider patients cured of Hep C until 3 months post treatment when, if there are any virus still there they will replicate enough in 3 months to be detectible. It may not take a full 3 months for this to occur and if your doctors would like we can continue to test for virus every 4 weeks, but there is no currently available test that will tell us if there is less than 15 virus detected.
The above is what my professional GI says: his quant and qual tests he does are identical. Yes we believe they should invest in better testing equipment, a topic for another time.
No matter what, I’ll still see it through all of this and know I have experienced a better life so far, hopefully it’ll be SVR forever. If not we’ll cross the bridge when we come to it.
In good health to all.

My friend those are words to live by. You and all the other people here literally made our own path and left a trail for others to follow. The world is full of people waiting to be told what to do and when to do it, we here at fixHepc are the ones who leave a trail for those who can’t make up their mind.
