Thank you to everyone here and thank you to Dr Freeman and all at fixhepC, Monkmed and Dr Debasis.

I seen my consultant yesterday and got my SVR confirmed at 12 weeks. I don’t have another test til end of Dec 2017 (52 weeks). I’m over the moon. Will put it on my records with Gp2 (something like that) as soon as I get a copy of the test results in the post.

Hi all. I thought I should let you know I finished my 12 week course (Redemption 2) on the 30th December and had a letter from my specialist yesterday to confirm that the virus is gone. It says the virus is no longer delectable (which it wasn’t even at week 4), also that my liver test and blood count are very good. He wants to see me after my blood test 12 weeks post treatment. Of course this it the one that will let me know if it has stayed away. I’m over the moon It’s all down to the lovely people at fixhepc and the redemption trials they made available.
I copied this post here so people searching for information, like I did when first looking into the redemption trials, can see my results
Good luck to everyone taking or starting tier treatment.

Hi, I am new here. It’s very thrilling reading such success stories. Congratulations LondonGirl. I am on day 26 of my course, going for my 4 weeky blood test on Friday. Can I really expect to see an improvement on this test. I must say I am not very good at interpreting blood tests. I just hope its not too long before the doctor has the results back.
I really don’t feel any different at all, a bit more tired but that could be anything.
