Not so good news. Did a fibroscan and the score is 13.9. before treatment last year Aug was 8.7. suspect is fatty liver. Going to see doc in January and see what she says. Already started diet yesterday to try to stop the fibrosis from advancing. Alt ast is still in normal range although a bit high ( 52 / 36 )

Suspect is fatty liver as recently gained a lot of weight. Think have to go on diet

    Thankyou tweakmax,

You apparently have more information than I do.

Not really. I am curious to know about the status of generic velpatasvir in India. Tats why I ask whether it has been approved or not.

I remembered harvoni took quite a while to come out and I always checked the minutes of the Indian authorities to see whether it has been approved or not

I believe Monkmed did that at the top of this thread Tweakmax. I can also see Bull Pharmachem has Velasof listed on Indiamart.

This is what Greg said, in the attachment

According to Greg Jeffery’s fb, India haven’t release velpatasvir yet. Can anyone ascertain whether it has been released?

First few days after EOT I felt this discomfort (moderate) as well.
After receiving the EOT blood test result, the bilirubin level was slightly higher than the max normal value. However, after the UND result was again confirmed at EOT, I got relaxed and the discomfort diminished. Now, 1 week past EOT, no more discomfort.

Somehow I tend to believe that the stress (or anxiety of no longer taking the HCV drugs) had a certain influence. One other factor that I believe might have lead to the discomfort was the fact that in the last 4 weeks of treatment I was eating more and gained some weight.

    I agree.

I put on quite a lot of weight after tx. Think the discomfort is from there.

Typically, I alternate jogging with tai chi. But for the last few weeks ( and i finish tx on monday) it seems to do more harm than good. Leaving me even more sapped for the rest of the day. I am listening to what the meds are telling me and keeping exersize and work to a minimum. Short walks with a burst of jogging and 15 minute mini tai chi sessions. Probably 2 or 3 days a week right now. Hope to get back into the routine once my energy starts coming back.

    Have u svr24 yet?
