Well we’ve been waiting with you Spiltdog. I know how much a relapse can undermine confidence but there has to be a time when it’s ok to celebrate.

I have found that the cure is a gift that keeps giving. Every six months or so I reflect on the incremental improvements. It doesn’t mean life doesn’t deliver crap sometimes but at least it’s not Hep related!
