    .any idea what they charge?

    Infected in the 1980s sometime, diagnosed early 1990s, GT 3, F4, sof/dac commenced 13 Jan 2016

    Note to any Americans out there who are considering treatment but are frightened of anything foreign….This pharmacist did his compounding training at PCCA (Professional Compounding Centers of America) in Houston, Texas. This is probably the most highly respected compounding training center in the USA. They have been invited to lecture at American colleges of pharmacy for decades…
