Thank you, Dan! Urea and Creatinine - done and are OK The electrolytes, the various salts in the bloodstream... things like sodium, potassium, chloride and bicarbonate.- never done, as I remember. But I shall test at 4 weeks! And 52 weeks? Why? As I understand the treatment is either 12 weeks or 24 weeks. I don't understand. HCV since I don't know. Diagnosed in 2010. Not sure, but you need to check post treatment your VL at 4, 12 and 24 weeks, to see if you reached SVR. I have one more question. ALT/AST ratio does have a meaning during treatment? Does anyone know? HCV since I don't know. Diagnosed in 2010. A belated welcome here isaing4! Great you are doing well already. My understanding of the 4/52 is it's an abbreviation - a way of indicating @ 4 weeks, as there are 52 weeks in a year; therefore testing @ 8 weeks would be written 8/52. It doesn't mean it's the length of your treatment. I just received 2 weeks viral load, down to 514 from 9 mil. Yay! I know, there are targets to be achieved, the first UND and SVR24. But right now I am confident that cure is possible for me. I have a question, please! On my blood test paper is written: method of work limit of detection in the field of linearity ( measurable ) 45 UI/ml analytical sensitivity 15 UI/ml Why the measurable limit of detection is not equal with the sensitivity? When UND the viral load is < then 15 UI/ml or <45 UI/ml? Thanks! I just want to know how good is my lab. HCV since I don't know. Diagnosed in 2010. It can measure accurately from 45 to 100 000 000. Under 45 it can only detect between 15 and 45 but not quantifiable. Below 15 the apparatus can not detect it. So <15, it means UND for the Lab. Your Lab is very good. Male, Fibro F1. Geno 1b. ALT 67 before treatment Viral load 5 million. My huge viral load replicates in my nervous system as I suffer anxiety. Started Twinvir 12/12/15. Two weeks ALT 17 at 2 weeks Viral Load UND at 2 weeks ALT 13.5 at 7 weeks EOT ALT 10.5 at 15 weeks EOT ALT 13 at 27 weeks EOT, VL UND, Cured | |

Just got my viral load result, 83. I am a slow responder like F4, even my fibroscan/fibromax is good with F0/F1. I am taking B12 and D vitamin from today. Hoping all the best for me and all of you!
