Yes Enkel, 8 weeks is better.
Because every medication has side effects .And DAA are new on hep C tx. Extremely effective but still not very well known regarding all sides.
The shorter treatment the better.

But when the viral load is big/ very big, 12 weeks are compulsory, according to hepatology community recommendation.
My big/very big VL dropped slowly and was UND only in between 8 and 9 week!
Hope to stay UND forever.
Wish all of you, the same UND forever.

Finger crossed for your bloods, Ariel! #love

But don't worry, the odds are on your side! Low viral load & no fibrosis F0/F1.
You will get an UND soon. :)

Remember, you are Ariel the mermaid. Mermaids never get sick, they are perfect creatures.

Last week I had a flu. :S
Watery nose, tears in eyes. I sneezed all day, from Friday to Sunday. The throat, it hurt a little. No fever!
Helped much warm fruit tea with honey ... a lot. And I stayed in bed all the weekend. And I slept almost all the time.

But now I am fine!
Only four magic pills left. :cheer:

Wish you all the best wherever you are, all around the world!
And only UND #love
