Maybe the passport requirement its just some kind of bureaucratic requirement for dispensing medicine. In some countries they want ID for everything. They may need to keep a record of having proof of the identity of the person they are dispensing medicine to.

Not so unusual I guess, hell even in the US now you have to show your driver’s license and they take down all your info just if you want to buy some Sudafed for nasal congestion because they won’t make a distinction between a senior citizen and a toothless, itchy, jittery teenager who wants to melt down sudafed with batteries and solvent to make some half assed toxic methbrew.

GT 2b; since 80’s, no prior tx, sofosbuvir and daclatasvir compounded from API’s at Kingswood Pharmacy in Sydney, started tx nov 6,2015, undetected at 4 wks, UND at 8 weeks, UND at 1 week after EOT, UND at 4 weeks after EOT and UND at 8 weeks after EOT. I feel GOOD!! I knew that I WOULD!””
