Hello everyone
Tomorrow it has been 12 weeks since I took my last pill, so I look forward to taking blood samples tomorrow … then a few days before I get to know if the virus is still undetected … well the wait is soon over ..
I wish everyone a wonderful day
Greeting
Gert

Good luck. The odds are solidly in your favour.
As you have probably read here, if you’re unlucky enough not to clear first time round, there is a Plan B
YMMV

Thanks for the huge support and embarrassment I have received throughout my HepC treatment at fixhepc.com

I feel grateful for taking a decision to buy my HepC medicine myself.
Have gotten so much better, better sleep, more energy, overall better well-being.
I say thank you that “stranger” in India who could help me now that I was not “ill enough” to treat the Danish hospital service.
THANK YOU, feel relieved

48 weeks after end of treatment:
Then came the day I had hoped and enjoyed myself since I know a “coincidence” back in the summer of 2016, read about someone who had bought their own HepC treatment. When I read that article, I decided to buy my own HepC treatment myself – one of the best decisions I’ve taken in my life.
Yesterday, I have been to a final interview with the doktor at the infectious department at Hospital and has today been printed after being registered for 14 years at a hospital in Denmark – virus undetected
All my liver numbers are nornal, a fibroscanning of 3.6 – it was earlier 5.4.I told the doktor about all the improvements that a life without HepC has given me.
Much more energy, much better sleep, no stomach problems, no longer upset stomach, no shortness of breath, better gums, my “brain fog” is gone.
– in general, a much better quality of lifeMy thoughts are also going to the “stranger” in India who helped me, now that I was not “sick enough” to receive treatment

16 March 2018 at 7:21 am #27609That’s wonderful news Gert. You are well and truly cured. I loved that you acknowledged your “stranger” in India who helped you on your way. I think posting our updates on this forum is also a way of paying forward to others who may be needing support to make the decision that can so drastically improve their lives.
Congratulations.
