day 168 is passed before i become aware of this.
Now 3 months after the end of therapy
Everything is fine. blood tests are normal. PCR test we had not yet done (lack of money), but because it FibroScan done yesterday. FibroScan result is better than my most optimistic aspirations. 7.9 kPa – which is approximately 2 degree of fibrosis.
So, the doctor says, after 6 months of therapy TWINVIR-om, from fibrosis 3/4 I returned to fibrosis 2. The first fibro scan which pointed to cirrhosis (16 kPa), is probably a mistake doctor or the device itself, which after a few months serviced and calibrated ….
G1 F1 or F4 (I am not sure) 6. jan. 2014. -> Biopsy -> F1
24. dec. 2015 -> Fibroscan 16.3 kPa -> indicate chirosis
15. Jan. 2016 -> Fibroscan 10.2 kPa -> F3/F4
VL 30.000.000 – may 2015

If your ALT is remaining similar to on treatment levels everything will be fine.
The fall from 16kPa to 8kPa is not unusual and is from the reduction in liver inflammation from the hep C.
YMMV
