    Dear Mr. enrico
please be aware of the email response i have just received from mr jain in mumbai. apparently BP’s owner (so says his LinkedIn profile). not sure why he asks for me to pay cash to his london associate, and why he says there is no problem with a presciption. i read on this site that when they ask for no prescription is usually BULLSHIT which, with the name of the company does ring a bell.

nonetheless i have asked him if handing cash means being handed the meds. otherwise forget it.

i don’t know people. all this looks too much like my using days, with dealers and addicts. …….(User Simone: I have remove the rest of this paragraph which was inappropriate to the intent of this site. If you wish to continue posting please refrain from expressing such personal prejudices. Thank you, Gaj)

Bull pharma ( ) has been recommended to me by a blogger here. i hope it is trustworthy.

    (read email below)

thank you for letting me know everything. Nothing to worry , I can easily arrange a prescription from a local Hepatologist in Mumbai . The charges are $30 for a prescription.

Our mission is to eradicate Hepc using these generics and we go beyond our limits to help our dear patients.

You could easily pay my associates in London in cash if you prefer( I prefer that) if you can’t we have other arrangements too.

Please ask if you have any other questions .

    Best wishes

    Hi There,

I am old in this forum. I can guarantee that Parag Jain (Bull Pharmachem) is reliable! He is very smart and supportive. He have worked with Greg Jeffreys too. sales@bullpharmachem.com

It normal to doubt. I have doubted too. But he is experienced in this business!

I am in Europe. I have bought my meds from bangledesh because at that time indian generic harvoni was not released.

I am also in correspondence with Parag Jain at Bull Pharmachem. I am in the United States and need a prescription written by a doctor here in the United States according to Parag Jain. I have heard excellent recommendations on Parag Jain on these forums and can only hope that the United States will allow the entry of prescriptions written by an Indian doctor in the near future.
Please keep the forum updated on your progress. Best regards.

Hi beahaven, I’m also in the US, and after a great deal of nervousness and anxiety over asking my doctor for a prescription, I simply printed out the article found here http://www.webmd.com/hepatitis/news/20160416/generic-hepatitis-c-drugs-as-effective-as-pricey-brand-names-study. and took it in with me to my appointment with him. I had already been denied by my insurance company 2 times on Gilead and Vikira Pak, as I needed to be at, or crossing over deaths door with stage 3 or 4 liver disease before they’d even consider partially paying for the $84,000.00-$95,000.00 cost of these options. I asked my dr. what he felt about this and he said he thought I should get treatment now and agreed it was crazy to have to wait until I was as sick as they required me to get. At that point I brought up the article and asked him to read it when he got time. He began reading on the spot. He then asked if he could get a copy. I told him he could have that one and then point blank asked him, “If I can access generic Harvoni, would you be willing to write me a script for it?” He said, “Absolutely. Who do you want me to write it to? Fixhepc or you?” After I put my lower jaw back in place :) He wrote me my prescription and I’m just now finishing week 1 of treatment, thanks to, Fixhepc, GP2U/MonkMed and of course Dr. James Freeman. So, put aside fear and try to get your doctor on your side before you ask him/her about writing you a script. I was prepared to ask for a referral from mine if he declined to write mine. Do some detective work. See if there’s a doctor near you, who’s proven sympathetic to our plight and who may’ve already helped others to obtain treatment. GP2U can be of great help too in this regard. Talk with one of the team there. It’s well worth a try. :+1:

Thank you for your thoughtful and informative reply. I live in Riverside County in California. If anyone on this forum knows of a supportive doctor in my area I would appreciate the information. I have an appointment in August with my doctor and will print out the article and ask him for a prescription. I will also show him your excellent post.
I have spoken to him in the past about entering a drug trial and he just chuckled. I will try my best and let you know the outcome. However, if there is any way I can get the meds through Parag Jain then I will do that immediately. My score is F0 and my doctor says I have no chance of getting them through insurance. He actually said that I am last in line to get the meds.

Agree with that one completely Matt; especially in the UK.

I don’t know why people just don’t go with the tried and trusted route with tracked shipping, Dr support / prescriptions from Aus/Indian Drs the EASL articles re Fix HepC and patient reports from MonkMed myself, but each to their own !

Hey LG, thanks for the kind words, I have to agree with you on your point made above. Hard to fathom … but as my wife is fond of accusing me of, I always seek the path of least resistance  ;)

    Hello Simone,
One more :+1: for Mr.Parag Jain from me.
I’ve met him personally in Delhi, January this year where he provided 2×12 weeks Ledifos (gen. Harvoni) tx for me and my friend.
He is great guy, very helpful and friendly. Everything was as we agreed over the mail and WhatsApp. He showed me Delhi, and I’m invited to visit him in Mumbai whenever I want.
We are still in contact as I’m updating him regularly about my progress, and helping other hep c folks in Serbia to get in contact with him.

Just today he sent me a pic of new Ledifos package of 84 pills (12w tx) in one bottle for what he got exclusive deal with manufacturer.
With that it will be much easier to ship or carry around.

I don’t know if things have changed, but I was able to import Twinvir into USA from Bangladesh with a prescription from http://www.GP2U.com (Tasmania). I thought with Indian meds you needed an Indian RX?

The licensing agreements between the manufacturers and Gilead constrain sales to within certain territories, including India, but not including the west.

With the recent patent law change Gilead now has more power and may well seek to enforce their rights.

The REDEMPTION process of seeing a doctor in India, getting an Indian script, etc means that the medication transaction occurs within the assigned territory.

It is entirely possible that the situation as it currently stands will change, in fact it’s probably almost inevitable it will. Access is available now, but can not be guaranteed into the future.

    YMMV

    Hi Alex,

Can you provide any information about how you know this is a reliable supplier?

Edit: I have now removed the link in the post above as a quick internet check gave no confidence. Please PM me should you wish to discuss further or read the below link.
