Agree hence calling it an election sweetener but it’s something to report for now.
My bill was also $155 for the VL post EOT SVR4 the PCR RNA was free.
My doc ticked bulk bull too. Wrote 4/52 tx too.
The links here I don’t think we should have to pay Sonix but we are.http://www.clinipathpathology.com.au/media/98123/medicare_criteria-requirements_for_rebate_web_.pdf
Maybe there’s better info out there I hear talk of how many tests an individual can have per year.

ArielHi
I just mentioned that the WHO was my next stop to Gaj last week. After all, it is a global epidemic.
I’m tired of lobbying govts and drug companies about access to meds but I think the TPP has my interest at this stage. Here are some of the ones I have done so far. I’m in Australia. Victoria.Gilead
333 Lakeside Drive.
Foster City, CA 94404Liberals: Ministers Ley, Hunt, Dutton (ex Health Minister,
Premiers Baird and Andrews
(NSW and VIC)Bristol Myer Sqibb ( was desperate at time trying any door)
Anyhoo I am hitting up the WHO too
It’s fair enough and I can’t think of anyone else to talk to locally my list is pretty comprehensive for a lil mermaid.
Anyway
On a positive note we all blocked the Don’t Kill Bulk Bill the news went up today on the Aust path site.
And if you want these local numbers or contacts I also used to make phone calls but not any more yes I am WHO now.
Global epidemic I say.

Dr Freeman (James) is being put forward for Australian of the Year by an anonymous grateful recipient of his amazing work and kindness. That’s all I can say and I am not the one who is writing the recommendation, I am just in a conversation with another friend from way back in this hepC fight who wants and is doing this. We chatted about how, who, where etc with organising recognition and think it’s hard with generics in any setting so we hope that Australian of the Year is a receptive audience.
I think in all seriousness this thread shows our collective appreciation for the tireless campaigning and treating of people with HepC
For making the seemingly impossible, possible
Ty for that so much and I hope my friends submission bears fruit after so much work and so much more to achieve globally.
ArielHi Suzy I can see the file and open it
This is so kind of you to organise
Salut!
All these translations are really kind from everyone here.
I hope that the word spreads and more people get treated xxxYou bleedin legde! The boy from out the bush is free for good!

The buyers club keeps coming through despite any odds.
Some meds are held by customs, modes of carrying have had to be changed etc
I’m not working at FHC so I have no real concept of the magnitude of the challenges but I have seen time and again both James and Greg overcome hiccups big and small
Fingers and flippers crossed for continued access
